Called the store to make sure they had the phone I wanted to upgrade to in stock. They made an appt for me that day. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. Mark was beyond helpful and fast (despite him having to wait for all my stuff to transfer from old to new phone ?). I feel like most people dread going to the phone store, but Mark did great and got me set up!

Bait and switch. You buy a $60 screensaver that is "lifetime" warranty then when you come in to get it replaced. They tell you it's going to be $20. What a scam. I could have bought the thing online for half the price.

This isn’t an authentic Verizon. This is a “Verizon retailer”. The promotions they offer sound good until you realize it’s a scam. They will add more devices to your phone plan that you can’t afford and from there it is difficult to get it resolved. My husband’s iPhone 15 basically hasn’t worked since he got it because they incorrectly programmed his phone and virtual SIM card so they ended up giving him a Wi-Fi puck That he assumed would be Free of charge since the phone wasn’t working but That was a scam and his phone still doesn’t work. The Wi-Fi puck is an extra $160 to our bill. Do not go here. go to an authentic Verizon. the one off of flying cloud Drive in Eden Prairie is authentic and they have been extremely helpful

I’ve been with Verizon forever, but it doesn’t seem to mater regarding discounts or service. I don’t think they care about loyal customers and I’m going to make change as soon as my contract ends. Best coverage, poor customer service in stores.
