We just moved to town and could not find our mailbox. Miss Connie was extremely helpful every time we had more questions. I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is there. Even our carrier Eileen helped us in getting our mail and parcels. Thank you Shakopee Post Office for helping these newbies learn your ways ?.

I've gotten a checked mailed towards my address and never received it . Apparently someone cashed my check they said "it was delivered at my garage door" where someone could publicly exposed to everyone . Garbage place lost $500 that day because of incompetencies

Don't bother trying to call, you won't get through to a person. I'm sure they're "always so busy" when there should be someone answering a phone. Not to mention after you haven't received your mail in almost 2 entire weeks. Makes zero sense.

Seriously...how does it take the post office 5 + days to deliver a package that has been sitting in said town for 4 out of the 5 days it is to be delivered in?? We go DAYS with no delivery and we live in town. Completely unacceptable. Who is running this place????

They are the definition of worthless. I paid $11 to get an envelope somewhere in 2 days. Well it's been 4 days and it has only gone about 19 miles, seriously its only gone from shakopee to minneapolis in 4 days. Am i in the twilight zone or just joe bidens america ? When I called they basically told me oh well you should've paid more to get it there faster and b/c you didn't pay more it doesn't qualify for a refund. Thanks alot shakopee usps. No wonder 1 star reviews dominate their reviews.

I have been at a new address for two weeks and my mail is still not been delivered , I call the post office in Shakopee and they never answered, I understand they’re short of employees , although long time ago a very nice employee named Gary answered and he was very helpful, maybe he’s not longer there

I had a package marked as delivered when it wasn't. After reporting the packages as not delivered, I was contacted by Kevin, who helped me locate my package. Kevin was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved my package. Thanks Kevin!
