I have to pay $6 to email a copy of a label to them so they can print it?! Are you kidding me?? You're telling me that they can't type the tracking number into the computer and generate a duplicate label? Customer service doesn't exist anymore...

The employees seem really disgruntled and hate being there. Tried to smile and be friendly and was glared at by the gentleman the whole time. Went in for a very simple print job, asked for double-sided and he went ahead and printed single sided. Bring your business elsewhere.

Was charging $17 for a small box and to close it. Went to old carriage ct and they charged me $2 for the box and closed it complimentary. Staff here was very slow and reading everything from a brochure

Time doesn’t match what it says online. It wasn’t open at 8:30 when it said it was. Super inconvenient and quite annoying. Maybe update hours online or have signage stating the correct time

Managed by idiots. Nick was professional but he doesn't know UPS's policies, which I blame on improper training by management. I was told that I had 2 weeks to pick up my package. UPS shipped it back after 1 week. The website itself doesn't state how many days the location can hold a package either. The post office allows 2 weeks. UPS will return your package after 1 week. Now we all know, so you can train your employees better, Kevin. Sorry you didn't have enough info to answer the question, Nick. You don't get paid enough to listen to me complain though.

Very poor service from the staff. Today, I arrived because I needed to bind some copies, and they told me it would take 2 days for binding. If you need something fast, it’s better to go to Walgreens.

Inconsistent and inconsiderate. Went one time with an Amazon return that says “customer packed” and they took the tape off to look at the item and said “you don’t need to tape these” the next time I didn’t tape it and they wanted to charge me $2 per piece of tape to tape them saying I had to have them taped. Which is it and why are you charging for tape?? Maybe you’re just a nice person and HELP the customer. That’s your job especially after you give me inconsistent information. Employees are rude like I have no idea what I’m talking about and I don’t appreciate it at all.

I just went here. The staff were like on slow motion. Charge $8 to print a label. $14 for bubble wrap.$8 for a box for a cell phone. $4 to rent computer and email the label to them then printing price.... Wow that's expensive. This store is franchised, we can't control the prices, they said 3X. I wonder how many times a day they have to say that.I went to Old Carriage UPS in Shakopee, fraction of the price excellent customer service!
