Tuan’s Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my car with extensive hail damage. He was able to get my car in right away when other shops were booking months out. Due to the smaller size of the shop it likely look a little longer than a dealership, but the work was done well with care. (Added bonus that a car rental shop is walking distance from Tuan’s). Tuan is wonderful to work with, he helped out with some additional work that needed to be done without any extra fees and worked with us on the pricing. If my car ever needs work again, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it back to Tuan’s. Great customer service, pricing, and overall work quality.

Brought 2 cars to Tuan’s that had front end damage, they immediately took both of them and gave updates of the progress. Got them back quickly and was extremely impressed with their work. They even went above and beyond, they vacuumed my dirt-covered floor and buffed my headlight. Tuan even filled up my tank which was on empty, and didn’t even charge me for it. I was thoroughly impressed by Tuan’s professionalism, while also being down to earth and very easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be taking my vehicles to Tuan’s from now on, while recommending to my friends and coworkers. Also, it’s always good to support local businesses.

I was safe and sound traveling with my friend in Phoenix, Mesa and Superior, then on my own in Tempe and Tucson. I did well in the rental car traveling between Tempe and Tucson by myself for several days. All was well during my 12 day vacation in AZ including being "strangled" in the nice weather soaking in the AZ sun when MN turned into a white nightmare at the end of February.Then I had an accident in my own car of four years on Friday 3/3/23 trying to avoid the gigantic snowbank from the blizzard that savaged MN in late February. (My city got about 17 inches from the two days' accumulation. It was rather unpleasant to see the piles over piles from the leftover of the previous 56 inches prior to the most recent snow invasion coming back from the sun-belt south). The damage was cosmetic yet costy. Overwhelmingly all MN body shops and collision centers had perhaps the best business thanks to the bipolar weather in the then frozen land of 10000 lakes. Apparently twin cities' mechanics benefited from it the most since they all informed me how long I had to wait for the repair.Fortunately, a friend referred me to Tuan's after I asked about her car repair. Tuan provided me with a reasonable estimate and the best price compared to all others I had been. I had a nice-looking car back within one week after I had it serviced. I had gotten into a car accident and Tuan was very friendly and helpful with getting everything repaired. I had my accident on January 21, 2023. I worked with my insurance company Progressive to find an auto repair shop to fix my car. I found Tuan's. I called and informed my insurance company I would like my car towed to his shop. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, 30 days later. I picked up my car on Feb.22, 2023, the car was making noise and overheating, the same day of when picked the car up. I called and texted Tuan. He said to bring it back in. We had another snow storm, so I was told to bring it in the next week. For the next three weeks, I called and text with no response or follow up. I have called my insurance company three times and communicated with them via text numerous times to report that I am not able to reach him in regards to my car. NOW, the insurance company cannot get a hold of him either. This is my final attempt to contact him to repair my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Needed an exhaust and both bumpers REPLACED. Expected an expensive and time-consuming process. Enter Tuan: I was greeted with a smile, given a simple and relatively inexpensive proposal, and left with a MASSIVE weight lifted off my shoulders. Almost 2 days later, I found myself driving a NEW car. Tuan went the extra mile with everything, working both efficiently AND diligently.
