Hunter was a true professional with a great sense of humor and amazing customer service. I had no idea what I needed for a spare for our RV, but he found the tire right away, and had the unique ability not to make me feel stupid, even though I didn’t know anything about what I needed.
He also carried the new rim from my truck and carried the rim and tire back to the truck in the rain!

“On a Friday, I drive to subway for dinner. When I was leaving, someone in the parking lot asked me if I knew that my front tire on the passenger side was flat. I did not. I drove slowly to heartland tire and they were closed but there was one employee still there and he told me I couldn’t get a new tire until Monday. He did offer me a loaner car, though, which I used and even though I wasn’t happy about my tire, I was happy to have the loaner car. They were able to fix it on Monday and I had my car back!”

He won’t sugarcoat you on what’s wrong with your car and he’s not going to try and sell you products that you don’t need for it either. One of the very few honest mechanics I know. Always reasonably priced work that you won’t find in many mechanics these days.”
“Store not organized, Slow to checkout and leave store. Took 10+ min to leave the store because the people scanning your purchases to let you out the door did not know they were doing. Dialed tire dept, got pharmacy, they sent me to tires, rang to front desk, no answer after many rings, call dropped, dial tone. Poor customer service in store. Tire dept good, once an appointment is made by call center. Can not call tire dept. Have bought a lot of tires over 20+ years, like Sam's tire dept.”
“I was VERY satisfied with Issac and Veronica at the Shakopee location. However, I was appalled at the service Hertz rental car provided over the course of the last week on this matter. With that said, TiresPlus was a disappointment due to the low number of mechanics who were certified in a/c. Had more been certified it would have reduced my angst significantly and I would likely have rated TiresPlus a 10 in both catagories.”
