“Store not organized, Slow to checkout and leave store. Took 10+ min to leave the store because the people scanning your purchases to let you out the door did not know they were doing. Dialed tire dept, got pharmacy, they sent me to tires, rang to front desk, no answer after many rings, call dropped, dial tone. Poor customer service in store. Tire dept good, once an appointment is made by call center. Can not call tire dept. Have bought a lot of tires over 20+ years, like Sam's tire dept.”

The lady, who I believe was the shop manager, got as much info from me over the phone regarding my issue to assure they could help. “I have been using the Auto Repair Shop for at least the last 8 years. You will not beat their prices and honesty. I recently received a quote from another repair shop that told me I needed around $1500 of work done on one of my vehicles. I took it to Jake for a second opinion. He could have easily completed the repair as I assumed it needed the work. Instead he old me no work was need and to come get my vehicle with no change. Yes, honestly still exist in this world.”
