I wish they would renovate this to a super target. The shelves are always empty and there’s hardly any good produce available. Shakopee is getting too big for this to continue to be a problem. It’s annoying having to drive to another city just to be able to shop at a decent target store.

This Target is terrible! Work on your customer service! I use to work at this one years ago when it was an awesome store and now it has gone down the toilet! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Crabby Customer Service Employee who didn’t want to return an item that was mistakenly delivered to me by an InstaCart Driver via Target. It was a Target item. I had a receipt. Another Employee took over for him as he stomped away. Poor Customer Service. The Employee that took over was excellent!

A HUUUGE shoutout to Nila who was on the register when I was checking out. I stopped to grab some last minute items the night before Easter Sunday, and despite the busy store and the stress of working retail the night before a holiday, she was so friendly, sincere, and calm. The store was also fairly well stocked given the circumstances!

I bought a PS5 little did I know it'd be defective. It's loud when on and when a game is running I have everything to make a return except for the VERTICAL STANDS. it's defective and I can't make a return because of silly vertical stands

Leave it to the Shakopee Target fulfillment and drive-up to mess up a two item order. The drive-up worker hands me my bag and it’s completely different items; I tell the worker this, and she says, “You can go in the store and grab the items yourself, sorry”. I didn’t mind going in because I wasn’t in a rush but it defeats the purpose of drive-ups and she should have handled it for me like any person with basic customer service skills would do. All in all, just save your time and frustration by ordering via the Savage Target.

Worst target in the metro. I am here nearly every day out of convenience as it’s blocks from my house. This target is constantly out of stock of everything. And this is nothing new. It’s been like this consistently daily for years. All other targets within 20 minutes from this I’ve never had an issue at. The staff is great but something needs to change

Overall the cashiers are nice and personable, earning them 4 stars!Then I gave 2 stars for the Shakopee store due to the fact that it's always filthy, dirty, items are misplaced, or missing, some shelves are completely empty and some of the sale tags are not about the appropriate item that's on-sale.Overall, the Shakopee store averages to 3 stars for Customer Care, Cashiers and Store cleanline

The restroom had poop all over the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. The shelves are barely stocked and limited selection of anything. Told employee about how the bathroom needed cleaned and they just rolled their eyes and walked away. Drive farther and go elsewhere.
