When did they start going with pay inside FIRST ,then top it off with a condescendingly attitude of how to bvb pump gas. Im 68 i think i know how to pump gas. But not with bvb there rules. PEOPLE AVOID THIS "GAS STATION. TO MANY HEADACHES. NO WAY TO POST BIG 0 TO NOT VISIT.

Pure incompetence! My second time going there using Mudflap resulted in experience of the same nature but with a little twist on my second attempt. My first experience; after obtaining a Mudflap code I presented it to the teller and on my phone I was good to fuel but on their part the number wasn’t working so that left me confused; and after having to request Mudflap codes four times and having a hold on my credit card they finally got it right. Today I wasted an hour of my time going back there thinking things changed but was faced with the same experience and after finally speaking with Mudflap and having Mudflap called their location the code was a go; I informed the teller a half dozen times I was on pump #2 she went ahead and authorized pump #1 then tried to transfer it to pump #2, that didn’t happen and I was left back at square one, sufficed to say I gave up and my opinion of the level of competence of the employees there isn’t very high. Historically I’ve had less than desirable experience(s) at this location, the people are less inclined to be of assistance and are rude, perhaps if being in retail having to deal with the general public isn’t working for a person some need to reconsider working in such environment. Professionalism means a lot to paying customers.

As a trucker, i do enjoy the convenience of having a shower available, but...... for 15$ I would expect a cleaner shower with soap(no soap in shower) a decent towel(it felt like sandpaper) and shower head that would be in place for me to shower. The only plus side is the a decent size.

Convenient yesShowers - you get no wash rag , only a towel that feels like sandpaper.It was my husband and myself.Charged $15 per person for same shower . Shower had bar of soap still in it from last customer. Shower curtain disgusting.Holiday Stations so much cleaner and friendly than this place . UGH

I called in because! I thought I might have left my purse. The first time someone named Lisa picked up. And told be to call back later and hung up the same with the second time except she told me "I have customers." And hung up again. She was really rude I understand they get busy I work at River city extreme bowling as a party host and food runner ,and yes lunch rushes are crazy. But I am, also a customer, she could've asked to put me on hold or at least tell me a time they would be slower so I could call back later.At least on the third time I called a guy picked up, I don't remember his name he was very helpful. Also explained things the situation to me. It was nice to have someone actually listen. And he definitely deserved an A+.

I just got out of surgery and needed ice. They informed me that ice was 53 cents! I even had my own cup. I didn't have a single cent. The clerk says that speedway cooperation is going to nickel and dime EVERY CUSTOMER THEY GET!. Wow

Only reason for the three stars is because it's convenient. I don't expect much from a gas station in terms of customer service. However, the workers in the morning are annoying. They constantly are talking amongst themselves as if you, the customer, are not standing there in front of them at the counter trying to check out. They either continue their conversation behind the counter or shout at each other from across the store. Came in one morning and the two women were arguing and yelling at each other, even while I was in the store. It continued once I got to the counter. Like I said, it's a convenient location but some customer service training may be helpful.
