This is a company that let's a man and his dog force to survive out in the cold sub zero weather instead of letting them get his wallet with all his cards and I'd witch you have to have to stay anywhere so me and my dog are going to have to find a ditch and start a fire and to try to survive tonight

They may have towed my car, but they were just doing their jobs. They were very friendly and helpful when I picked up my vehicle. The lady in the office was very kind. I feel bad for not remembering her name, however. Her dad also works there. Both awesome people.

They left the windows down and keys in the switch in an unsecure lot animal got inside overnight and made a mess of the vehicle asked the general manager why the windows weren't rolled up he said it's not his job to take care of costumers property just to tow the cars also told me to go f myself great costomer service there was a small amount of cash missing from the vehicle guessing it blew out when it was towed with the windows down ask to speak with the owner and general manager told me there was no way that was happening (not very nice to his dog either slammed the door on the dogs head and yelled at the dog)

They towed my vehicle professionally without causing any damage to it, brought it where I needed, and were polite on the phone, and in person

Front desk girl was nice but their hours are absurd and clearly designed to screw you over. Also, I was in the hospital and the guy at the hotel said he wouldn't tow it but did anyways.
