On a Friday, I drive to subway for dinner. When I was leaving, someone in the parking lot asked me if I knew that my front tire on the passenger side was flat. I did not. I drove slowly to heartland tire and they were closed but there was one employee still there and he told me I couldn’t get a new tire until Monday. He did offer me a loaner car, though, which I used and even though I wasn’t happy about my tire, I was happy to have the loaner car. They were able to fix it on Monday and I had my car back!

Had to wait two hours for an oil change. One of the front desk persons had no communication skills and kept telling me "I don't know." Recommend going elsewhere

I had bursted tire on HWY 169. Luckily, Heartland Tire in Shakopee took care of my problem immediately. Huge thanks to all of the team!!! Very professional and custom oriented team!!!

First time at this wonderful place. Great customer service from the moment I called to ask for an appointment. They fixed my car the same day! I didn’t have to sit and wait either, they gave me a courtesy vehicle.

I had issues with the AC in my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I spoke with Dan and was able to get a quote and timeline for the needed repairs and my options. By the time I dropped off my vehicle, Dan had the parts ordered and a courtesy vehicle ready to go. Amazing work and customer service, I will definitely return for their other services and highly recommend!! Thanks again Dan!!

I walked in needing an oil change. I was taken in right on the spot, took care of me in the time frame I was told and gave me insight on some other issues . Great experience all the way around and had a fresh baked cookie too.
