I came into the store to grab a couple things after a long day of work. I asked one of the front end employees named Nancy to direct me to where I could find them. She shrugged that she didn’t know and did not assist me any further. It would’ve been great if she tried even to look with me or help me find someone who knows. Very disappointed.

The worst place to shop and work at. I’ve worked at this place, JC is the worst manager ever, she’s rude and has the nastiest attitude. I’m a Muslim that needs to pray and she wouldn’t let me or other Muslim workers do so. She’s rude to customers and employees. Nancy is also a worker that is once again a very rude and speaks disrespectful to workers, when customers ask her for where things are she shrugs and walks off. I believe the higher ups should think twice before hiring these types of people to work at this place. I was yelled at before for taking a day off due to classes and JC the next day told me I couldn’t take off days whenever I wanted to. Please considered removing these people out of the stores.

Everyone is mostly nice and respectful. But when you go to the food court there's always a women working there that's always annoyed with everyone for some reason.

Sams gas rebate con, offered 10% instead of std 5% until 7/11 on Sams CC.. However, Sams raised gas price to $3.17, Costco $2.94. 7% more than Costco, so lost 2% on flyer promo. Another Sams Con job. Terrible shopping experience in this store, many problems. Wished I has gone to Costco instead of wasting 1Gal gas driving to Sams. 25 Yr member, like Sams tires, else would dump Sams membership. Also some out of state stores better than MN Sams Clubs. Now get almost daily SPAM emails from Sams, can not unsubcribe, Sams ignores requests!

The values are the best you can get and so is the merchandise. They even carry Levi's. And so much less than department stores. Save money.

Just went there today and was ordering 5-6 slices of pizza and asked them if I can have box to carry them home but one dark skin lady was refused my order and was acting attitude didn’t want to sell it, she said to me I can only have them in the plate per slice, the pizzas slice each are huge and I normally buy a lot of them and boxed them home but today I don’t know what is going with that lady today and i’m so disappointed

Decent sams, pretty well organized. Able to find most things we need but sometimes pricing isn't as good as Costco or even smaller box stores. Either way if you need a pallet of waffle mix - look no further.
Side note, the automatic cleaning things are super cool, and I love that they hand squeeze orange juice but... 10 bucks for a thing of OJ hand squeezed or not is exorbitant.

Went to cafe today and got fountain drinks there were black specks in the soda. Told an employee and they did nothing and just said “sounds about right”. Pizza was good though. I get acting your wage but people can get sick, we won’t be getting the fountain drinks anymore.
