They answered any and all questions about the vehicle we bought. They treated us so well even my son said he wants to get his first vehicle there in 2 years compared to other dealerships and how we were treated. Hands down the best people to work with. We will see you in 2 years for my son's vehicle. Thanks again for treated us so well it means more then you will ever know.

Very good experience dealing with Eli at Rus Auto. Very professional in their dealings. No pressure during dealings, able to test drive, view pictures of car before repairs. Answered all are questions. If you are looking for a car I would recommend Rus Auto.

Just purchased a 2021 Chevy traverse from Rus Auto. Great quality work done on all these prior salvaged vehicles. Both Julia and Eli are very personable and great to deal with. This is our second traverse that we have purchased from them. Prob won't be the last. Thanks again.

Great experience. Rus Auto is five stars all the way. Bought a 2023 GMC Acadia with only 4000 miles on it. Because of their excellent work I drive home a “new car.” They totally care about what they are doing and will sell you an excellent product. All their repairs are excellent. It was a joy to work with Julia and Eli as we purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia for our daughter. They promptly answered any questions we had over the phone or via text to assist us with purchasing this vehicle sight unseen. Eli met me at the rental car return with all paperwork ready to finalize the purchase when I arrived in town at 9:30 pm. The vehicle was in the exact shape as described and even had a new infotainment screen installed on the day of purchase when they noticed a defect. We highly recommend Rus Auto LLC!

Purchased my new car from Eli. Super easy transaction. I did speak with their banker (but I had a different finance option). Before purchase I asked for them to fix a few scratches in the paint, change oil, cabin filter, make sure car mats were cleaned, car washed, and gas tank full and they did all without any hesitation. I had one hiccup with the car which Eli was prompt in taking care of. I waited til now to review the car, I purchased it in October 2023 and it’s now end of January 2024. I have put roughly 7,000 miles on it and it’s working great. (Chevy Equinox 2018)

I went with a friend. She was having vehicle issues after just getting it a few months ago. It was a fluke issue, but Eli (probably spelled the name wrong, sorry) was AMAZING! He helped her pick the vehicle that would be best and let us test drive and ask a ton of questions to which he had straightforward answers. He was very upfront and all-around great to work with.

We had an awesome experience working with Julia and Eli at Rus Auto, LLC when looking to upgrade our vehicle last month. Julia answered every question we had prior to driving north from Mankato to check out/test drive a 2023 GMC Terrian. She stated she would have the car up by the office if we had an idea when we would arrive. She was very upfront about the "Rebuilt" title. I would highly recommend this family business when looking for a used vehicle. We saved thousands. This was our easiest and quickest car buying experience ever!

RUS Auto was great! When I got there, the car was waiting for me to test drive it. I felt no pressure to buy from them and they made the buying experience very smooth. They were upfront with me about the car and showed me pictures of the before and after process. Told me if I ever had any issues to make sure to contact them! Would recommend these guys to anyone!
