“Hi, I just wanted to say that I use this ups location quite frequently and that’s why I was so surprised about 2 weeks ago when I went to this location about 11:30 in the morning and found that they were not open. Locked up tighter than a drum! I was disappointed and I had to go to the ups location in savage which was completely inconvenient. I was very glad that the next time I had to go to to ups that my preferred location was open. I was afraid that they might have closed. Always very professional service! The employees are always helpful!”

Had another printer (closer to home) get behind and cancel my print job the day before a big conference (like 3pm the day before). ?Not fabulous news when you go to pick up printing that should already be done.
Got ahold of Jen at Allegra! She was efficient, professional and incredibly helpful! She managed to get all the print jobs done: even with varying quantities, paper changes, collating, stapling and color / bnw requests for about 12 different files! Everything was turned around quickly & ready at 8am the very next day.
?HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

“I had a positive experience ordering two computer monitors online after Black Friday weekend. I was able to arrange curbside pickup and I just showed up, responded that I was outside on the app, and in about 2 minutes the dude was out there with my two monitors and put them in the back of my car. This was after having ordered them the previous evening. A very good price and a very positive experience”

“I should know his name by now but he has a band black hair, he is helpful and customer service oriented. For instance on my last visit my order we processing and he was helping another customer. Rather than have me wait, he took the shipment info and printed the confirmation so I wouldn't have to wait longer.
He should be training others on great customer service. On another occasion he educated me why my shipment wouldn't make it. I misunderstood the timing constraints and he explained it in a way I could get it. Outstanding service.”
