I am a health care provider and am shocked that it takes 3-5 days to process an Rx request for MIGRAINES. I cannot function without my medication, and there is no way to expedite this process or even discuss why it would be important to just sign the Rx that has been prescribed before. It is impossible to speak with someone on your care team directly, and the actual website/app is hard to use and navigate. I am upset that I chose to ever come here--the providers are great, the system is not.

PLEASE don’t take your children here they rush and don’t really do much! I take my children to Burnsville now and they get the best treatment ever! I definitely don’t recommend this place or some of the staff!

While I do appreciate my doctor, the cost of appointments here are exorbitant. I had a 15 minute video visit and the cost was $312 dollars. I called to contest it and there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to higher management and just got sent to voicemail.

It's offices like this that push people away and cause them not to seek medical attention. Doctors and their offices should advocate for their patients. What. A. Joke.

I feel the pain for people who need the health service from park nicollet. This place....and park nicollet in general should not be in business. Just one example. My fiance relies on her medication to function so she can go to work. she has been taking it for years, and they only allow 1 month supply. She would make sure she does everything early so she will have the prescription ready. Reaching the doctor and try to connect with nurses is already a impossible to do, and to make matter worse, they don't seem to care much about patients, and would put you in circle on the phone. My fiance had to call SO MANY TIMES, and prescription still did not go through! This is a monthly battle with park nicollet. When the people who work there don't want to be there to work, all bets are off....and patients are no longer the most important part in the equation. I am with Fairview, and I never had any issues....she is going to start looking for a Fairview provider. Again, to all of you who have negative experience, I am sorry and good luck!

I have had appointments and surgeries here multiple times over the last 15 years, and each time has been excellent. This clinic and hospital are clean, the staff is wonderful, and the medical care has been superb. I will drive out of my way to come here!

Horrible phone etiquette. You can never get through to your kid’s doctor if you need them. And when someone picks up, they talk down at you on the phone. Other than convenience (proximity to home), service is terrible

Had an appt today, drove 35mins just to find out my dr is not in. No one called me to update me. To see if i want to wait for the doctor or if i would like to reschedule. I had to take a specific medicine for my appt today and it all went to waste. I probably would have to drink that medicine again for my "rescheduled" appt. So frustrating to think that I had to take a day off today and waited almost to 3 weeks for the appt! So disappointed!

TERRIBLE SITUATION! Don't go into the building that says, "Park Nicollet"! You need to go to the "St.Francis" building front door entrance! Make sense? Not at all, but that's the situation. Then it's take the elevator to the correct office. The situation made me over 15 minutes late. Doctor is good it's just the building.

Had an appointment today for 5:30pm got a call stating no one‘s going to be in the office past 5 o’clock and they’re canceling my appointment I asked why she would not tell me only stating everyone’s leaving at 5:00pm he was really rude and for a new time patient being here I am not impressed

I've always had stellar service when I've doctored here. The front desk staff is courteous. The nurses are compassionate and caring. The doctors (Grundhofer and Summers) are knowledgeable and listen to everything you have concerns about.

I went to this clinic for a "pre op" physical. I would assume that they would bill a routine physical on my insurance plan which is covered 100 percent each year. The "pre op physical" consisted of this: about 12 minutes of the doctors time which included sitting on the computer writing notes and ordering an EKG and labs. She listened to my heart, lungs and looked down my throat. About a 2 minute or less exam. (My estimating time is generous). A nurse took a blood pressure. I was charged 417.00 for this visit. Doesn't include the EKG or the labs which are extra and also charged pre op. A total of about 600 dollars and none covered by my insurance because it counts on my deductible. I asked for this to be rebilled under a routine physical which they refused because its "pre op" and they need "special" evaluations done. The labs include a blood count, blood sugar. They did not do a potassium which I found out later was important to my procedure. If this has "special" tests done I would hate to see how they handle a routine physical. I am never going there again, nor my children or anyone else I know.
