Only reason why they're getting an above one is because the gentleman that actually helped me was extremely nice. As for the other three, two of which were just sitting around doing nothing. the other one yelled at for having my purse, then processed to tell me if i want to shop i would have to leave it up with them behind the counter. NO WAY, I'm not going to leave my property with whom ever behind the counter where I can't see it and then he accused me of my purse being "wide open" when it wasn't. It was clearly underneath my arm and shut. Then proceeded to argue with me about it, making me feel some type of way. I even went up to the counter immediately and showed them the inside to prove i hadn't done anything. Totally hated this place will not be going back.

The best pawn shop by far in the state of Minnesota. Great people, great customer service, great knowledge, interest rates are good and they have good deals on stuff they sell.

First time ever pawning an item, so I went in with my guard up-fully expecting to get haggled. I was pleasantly surprised, however! These guys were straight-shooters & totally down to Earth. Start to finish, the entire process took just a few minutes. No shady vibes, whatsoever…quite the contrary! I would send business their way any day of the week. Thanks!

This is an awesome pawnshop!!!? I called ahead of time to see and get a quote about something I wanted to pawn I spoke with the a guy by the name of Doug., He was great with answering all my questions assisted me with a rate that I was asking for?I went into the shopShortly after speaking, and inquiring with him over the phone I arrive there also was help by a guy named Mike. Very friendly nice staff. Great service They found a new customer in me?

I needed gas money one day and had no cash. I had a barely used Logitech c920 webcam in my backpack. These go for $70 new. I over heard the guy saying how it’s a good webcam (which it is) the guy offered me $5. It was insulting and it’s bothered me ever since. Just a lowball, disrespectful bad business move. I’m sure he either kept it for himself or he’s sold it for $30. I have pawned many things at many pawn shops and I know the deal, but $5 for a quality item that has value? Thanks dude . Enjoy your free $70 webcam
