Placed an order and at the time the order was placed it stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. After not hearing anything for three hours I stopped by to find that they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. I was berated by the staff who stayed “this is why you should wait to get a text before coming.”Went right to Autozone and bought what I needed.

I came to this store to get a battery tested and purchase some car Jack oil. When I entered the store there were two employees working and One of them was helping a customer while the other one was just sitting around. When the younger employee saw me waiting he asked the other one to help me out and when I approached his counter for some reason he got extremely displeased and disrespectful. When I asked him if they test a battery outside, he said: "NO" they don't. And when I asked him if they have car Jack oil he said some sexual stuff which made me go to the other employee who got me the Jack oil and tested my battery outside. The very helpful young Hispanic employee know who this other employee is. I have been shopping at NAPA since the mid 80s and never experienced such disrespect and mistreatment throughout the years. I will never stop at this store.

Great and fast service. Had a check engine light. Came in and got the scanner, brought it back in and was out in minutes!

Thankful for the spray can paint mix, but customer service skills could use work. I had to use the bathroom while waiting and some real grouchy people work there who don't like customers and yell obscenities from by the bathrooms in the back.
