Best place to buy appliances! We like that it’s family owned and has that small town feeling. We’ve had Al out on multiple occasions to do repairs on various appliances and he is the best! He always has a smile on his face and is super friendly! The staff at My Appliance Source are very knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond for their customers!

Chase and Jason helped me get a part for my washer after hours of the parts department. They went outta their way to make it happen and get my washer back up and going. Customer service and willingness to help like that is rare now a days. I will bring my business back there in the future.

No longer purchasing from this store. I recently visited and purchased a kitchen-aid dishwasher and paid to have it installed as well. I had measured and re-measured the space under my counter and found that it would fit. When the installers came I was out of town, so they dealt with my wife. They measured the distance from my floor to counter, said it was too short, and promptly left. So, here's the thing. The low point of my counter top is 33" and 3/4". I was later told the tech measured 33" and 5/8" and that this was too low and that he needed 34" AT LEAST to be able to "mount it". Well guess what, I just purchased the same dishwasher from a different retailer in Burnsville (for cheaper by the way) and just finished putting it in myself (took less than an hour). It fits -perfectly-. Oh, and the installation manual had EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS on the one small adjustment needed to install in the dishwasher in a 33" and 5/8" space. I was able to use the included mounts to secure it under the counter. So, Mike, if you're reading this, remember how you told me your install tech had been doing this for 15 years? Well take it from me, a guy can be bad at something for a VERY long time. I had already picked out a washer/dryer combo and was also looking at your stoves, but you can keep 'em. For a small business that prides itself on better service than the big guys, you have completely failed. I have bumped my rating up to 2 stars purely for the speed at which my refund was processed.

We purchased a Speed Queen HD washer from My Appliance Source and couldn't be more pleased...plus...Jim and Holly are very nice people to work/deal with. Great products, fairly priced. We'll be back again for the matching dryer ;) .

I've only used this place for purchases in the past so today I've experienced their service department. We're older people and have experienced various service options from different sources and this is not an area that offers great solutions, in fact they're terrible so it was really refreshing to have a technician come out in a timely fashion that called 30 minutes in advance as promised and immediately proved that he was the expert. Eric did repairs easily and deserves the review as well as their owners.

They were amazing!!! I was looking for a over the hood microwave. Went to 4 stores and no one had one I could take home!! My 90 year old Mom needed it now so she could cook.They sold me one off the floor even! Great customer service!!!I will be back again!!
