We went in to look at a mattress I had seen on their website. Casey listened to the current sleeping issues I have and when through several options. Ended up with a nice mattress that would be a better fit for me and a great adjustable base. During the whole process Casey was great at explaining differences and benefits without pressuring us to pick a particular mattress over another. We had the whole place to ourselves Saturday morning. Lots of options to pick from and the service (Mason) was great -- friendly, knowledgeable, and low key. We learned about options beyond just mattresses we had never considered. Make this your first stop when mattress shopping.

Customer service was amazing!!! Salesman took the time to explain the differences between models of adjustable bases and types of mattresses so I could compare and make the best decision for me. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold to” at all- I felt like I was being given all my options for me to choose from. Got a great deal!!!
