“This UPS store is located within a short distance from my home. It's a full service stores. I have been using their services for as long as I can remember. Their customer service is excellent. The front staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.”
“What a great store. I was greeted very nicely upon entering. I had to return something to Amazon. The employees offered to put the return stickers on for me and made the experience so easy. Very nice people work here and made the experience pleasant!!!!! I will definitely come back again! Also its in a nice shopping center with a lot of parking.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to drop off some Xfinity equipment at the store only to find out there was a ten person queue… he told me I could do it with UPS. At first I thought I would have to jump through all these hoops get a box, etc. Only to find out I didn’t. I called ahead to confirm that they did in fact provide the service. The customer service agent on the phone was named Madison, and Madison assured me that it was something that could be done quickly and easily. I got to the store, and Madison kept her promise. I was in and out of that store within five minutes. She let me know that they provided the box and gave me a piece of paper with the tracking number and told me to hold onto it for a few months. I recommend any and everybody to utilize this service that has partnered from Xfinity/Comcast with UPS. Huge shout out to Madison thank you for making the process easy you were amazing to work with!”
“I had the best experience with this place. My grandmother had passed away, and I needed to ship a lot of truly priceless, but incredibly fragile items of hers back down to my home in TX. I stopped in with all this stuff, incredibly nervous about how to get it there safely, and already in an emotional state. Thankfully, the manager was there and helped me take care of everything. He was so kind and helpful, and didn’t even charge me for all the materials I used trying to (failing to) pack the items myself. He personally packed up everything, and it all made it safely to the other end of the country. Not a thing was broken or chipped, and it made it there pretty fast too. Now I’ve got all of my grandma’s wedding china and a few other things always with me to remember her by. I’m so incredibly grateful.”

“To the idiots who leave bad reviews (and no I'm not an employee, but was reading the reviews before I decided to check this place out): Stop buying so much shiet from Amazon just because you have nothing else to do but add things to your shopping cart, and turns out you didn't like it. Of course the store will charge you for tape because tape costs the store money. Idiots, I tell you. Idiots who never graduated from high school and failed economics. They probably don't even know what economics is.Notice that most of the bad reviews are from Amazombies?”
