Typically have good experiences here but every 3rd or 4th trip will either have bad service (worse is no service) or in my most recent trip the entire plumbing aisle blocked by pallets of product. Since I needed plumbing items I left all the products I was going to buy and went to home depot instead.
Went back today and the aisles were open but never saw an employee until I checked out.

Not the store but 2 HORRIFIC installs!!
First was simple a roman shade installed (nightmare installer)
Secondly was a gas dryer install. 3 times out, I pray it was/is done correctly being a gas appliance. Washing machine installation was no picnic (different installer). After all this misery, I will never purchase anything from Lowe's that requires an installer. I personally love the store,but their installers are the worst in the business

Lowes is a great home improvement store. Hires Vets and great people...just wish they had a few more employees so there is a bit more availability of help. But, it's the same story everywhere now..

I was at my favorite Shakopee Lowe's getting some door knobs and Scott just happened to be right there and was so helpful and nice he spent time with us until we got exactly what we needed. Thanky Scott

Nice home Lowes. I used just about every home Lowes in the west metro. Never have had a problem. Easy to get to, employees are nice. Never had problems. I use the Lowes for all my needs. They've never been out of stock anytime I've ever been there or needed anything. Which is very important as a contractor. I just never know when i'll have to stop in and grab someone. I can usually get in and out in 5 min which is important to me(even though I wanna look around longer). Plain and simple great place to shop. Thanks Lowes!

My husband & I are both veterans & it was so amazing to see special parking for vets! Our ordered product was super easy to get, we checked in & we're called within 3 mins to get it. Super amazing customer service!

Lowes has a good variety of electrical, hardware and lumber, one thing that I notice whenever I go into lowes is the number of associates available to help is usually more than other big box hardware stores. I can always find help.

On Saturday, May 11, 2024. I went to Lowe’s 7 to 10 minutes before close time to grap a filter. A lady helped me to get the filter and checked me out on the spot. On my way out I met an old lady named. Nimi or lilli, I cannot remember exactly, at cashier sweeping the floor. She asked me the receipt I showed her and then I asked her to open the door for me. I could not believe what she said to me “ you guys come at closing time what is wrong with you” this is not the first time that she disrespected me. 3 weeks ago I went to Lowe’s to get clamp hose and one of them would not scanned. I called her for help. She could not do either. She told me to go back and take a picture from the location I picked it up. I said why can’t you go get instead of me going there. She replied “ that is not my job. If you are interested go get it otherwise leave it. I was in a hurry and I went back to get the picture. On my way out I spoke with one of the managers and reported the incident. The manager was nice and apologized me and I left. On Saturday, evening. I met a male manager who seems to he angry already. When I started to explain that one of the cashier disrespected me and this is not the first time this happened. He replied “ I don’t know what you are talking about” that is not a nice way to approach to an unhappy customer. He did not even show empathy. He added that he will talk to her but he cannot write her up. I did not ask him to make a decision on the spot.I am sorry about that “ sorry for the inconvenience, we will make sure this does not happen again” is what I was expecting him to say. He ignored me. I said thanks for the disrespect and I woke away. I am a customer service manager and I deal with unhappy customers daily, the word sorry does not cost money to anyone and it defuse the tension. I was shocked to see a Lowe’s manager who does not have de escalation skills. Manager should always show empathy and defuse the situation before reaching to final decision. I am not recommending any discipline actions the employee. She is like my mom. Please train her so that she doesn’t do this again to anyone else.
