I've been in here for the last time. Sick of seeing multiple employees in front standing around while not one register is open. Among the highest prices and I have to check out my goods myself? Not again.

Lowe's is one of the worst managed stores and poorly trained. I would not go unless i had to. I had a warranty for my water heater and went in to get a new water heater. I went to customer service and was given a gift card to buy a new water heater which I chose and tried to pay for but was told that it would be way easier to pay the contractor when the job was done. thr empolyee even asked a manger because i was unsure about his response. I trusted him and had Ecowater(possibly a lows sub contractor) install my water heater. When i tried to pay, I was told to use the link and asked where the gift card area and said he was unsure and to go to the store's customer service. I then drove to Lowe's and talked to the customer service and was told i was unable to pay with a gift card and that I had to use the grift card on the Lowe's mobile customer service number. I was told that i was never suppose to get a gift card and was suppose to be credited for my new one and to talk to the stores customer service in person again. They then spent over an hour trying to figure out the gift card to credit to my account. I was told it was suppose to be in my account by the end of the day and still have not seen the money. The most frustrating part was just the experience that all of this could have not happened if they were trained. It doesn't help that the manager looked even more clueless when asked any questions. LAURA RIVIERE THE STORE MANAGER, just give your employees proper training so they can succeed!

Authentic hardware establishment. Makes you feel like a handy person in any capacity. Found out Lowes carries certain brands, make sure to research if they carry the brand you're looking for. Signage is easy to read and very visible. Sections are well kept and distinct. Staff were to themselves, I was only approached by 1 staff but passed 7. This store will most likely have what you're looking for as far as tool/resource.

This will have to be my new go-to home improvement store. I went in needing very specific light bulbs and some blinds cut. A guy in the lighting department knew exactly what light bulbs I needed and took me to the blinds and cut them. Like, when do you ever go to a store and find someone who can help you find everything you need? Great customer service, I'll be back just for that.

READ the reviews!! Do not buy appliances from Lowes. You will get no where with the Customer Care or Ecowater systems ( MN) the outside company they use to install. I bought a microwave and purchased the additional installation. Because I chose installation it was 3 1/2 weeks out due to the installer schedule. I was fine with that as my husband would not have the worry. I took the morning off of the scheduled date only to receive a phone call from the installer that my microwave was not at the store. I immediately called Customer Care and she confirmed with the store that it was there. She said the only thing she could do was leave a message with the installation company but someone would call me back. Finally at 3:00 I called only to be told my installation was rescheduled?! I didn't reschedule. I am not taking off work again. So we went to the store, cancelled the installation, picked up the microwave and installed it ourselves -only to pull the plastic off to find a dent. I immediately called the store. The do not have one in stock. I called customer care, they are closed. I called this morning only to be told to return the microwave and buy another. Like it easy to just remove it off the wall. She said because this started with an install issue she was going to transfer me. Amber from installation then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have cancelled the install and should have waited for a call back. WHAT! I waited an entire day and no one called me back. No one would transfer me to a manager and not one person helped me. We are now literally ripping the microwave off the wall to return it to the store. I Will NEVER buy an appliance from Lowes nor would I recommend them. The worst experience ever!

I ordered a shower door June 7. With the full understanding it would take awhile to come in. So July 26 and 27 I called in spoke to a customer service person and they said they would take a message and get back to me. Neither message was returned . I called again August 19th. I was told that it was never ordered. The shower door style was discontinued 2days after I ordered it. No one ever called me. So much for being patient. There were only apologies no help to order another one. I will always go elsewhere.

Have spent THOUSANDS at this store in the past couple weeks. Purchased several more cans of paint. One of the paint cans were bad. Huge globs, skin layer, weird coloring. Can't use it Brought it back to store and they refused to return the can. Nice woman started return. Some guy comes up, cancels the order, tells her to hold on and walks away. Several minutes go by waiting.... he finally returns and rudely explains that he is waiting for a manager. He can't return This can of paint because it is Sherwin Williams and I have to call the vendor. Wait several more minutes and he tells me that manager left 20 min ago. If I want I can wait 10 more minutes for another woman; when she is done with customer and ready for me? He then added she won't help me and I'll be referred back to Sherwin Williams again. Horrible service! Your store gave bad paint.... why do I have to jump thru a bunch more hoops now??! Customer service rep was smug, rude and abrasive. If he had been at all friendly and not a jerk this wouldn't be so upsetting. I shared that I have over $500 of unopened items from the previous purchase. I would be returning them if this is how they handle customers. He said I should...... shame on you Lowe's!

I went out to this Lowe's to look at a backpack leaf blower, and it was $199 for a Husqvarna 150 BT. When I got to the checkout it rang up as $299, so I asked the manager and we looked at the tag that was on the model on the shelf, and they tagged it wrong for $199. I gave him the opportunity to help me but he refused to and said sorry it's $299 and I said OK I'll just get it somewhere else. I'm in sales and if I mid price something, I admit my mistake and sell it to the customer as it was priced. I posted before about this store with 5 stars. The manager at that time understood the right thing to do.

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I have a question about a $7k order but no one will answer. I got an answer once but said he didn't know and someone would call me, but no luck.
