This is for Sephora I believe her name was Reyna, the other day I was shopping for make up and she was very rude and unprofessional, and I noticed the way she talked to her employees wasn’t very nice. I don’t think you should be talking to your employees like that on the floor or having attitude in front of shoppers very very unprofessional.

I think they way the check outs at now are horrible...always long lines, long waits. I also hate that you took out the jewelry dept to put in make up. Bad choice nobody needs that much make up. You are not an upscale dept store.

Great store! The Amazon returns are in front of store and the customer service is top notch! The online pick up orders are in back near a clearance section which always has nice bargains. Love the selection of clothing at this store. Also like Sephora.

Decided to give kohls another chance after how horrible it was in Eden prairie and then Burnsville.
I have concluded that these 3 locations. I will never step foot in again.
At this location in particular. The very rude older woman working at “customer service” and all the signs that say “hassle free” this lady wanted to give my wife a hard time about the return from start to finish. Ohhhh you removed the tags. Yes she removed the tags. Here they are. Lady sighs. Just sick of the terrible customer service at kohls constantly. They have lost me as a customer for life. I’ll shop at goodwill before I go to another kohls

Every time I go to my favorite store ever Shakopee location Jen is always at the register and super helpful and knowledgeable. Kohl's is the best !!!!!!!
