I have been to the store several times in the last month and it has been closed every time. They finally put up a note saying their office hours are Monday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. So annoying! I should apply, sick of this!

I ordered some items to be picked up last night, only to get to this location and find out their hours had changed and were closed. I don’t get to this location in Shakopee very often. Was VERY VERY disappointed.

not sure what’s going on, but the hours were posted on printer paper, 10-6pm. i showed up at 5:20ish and they were seemingly closed still. hopefully this will be resolved in the near future

Tried coming here three times this week. Store was closed at 4:30 pm even though their sign says they close at 6/6:30 pm. They don't update their hours online at all.

We drove 30 minutes and arrived at 4 on Saturday to find out they closed at 4. My advise is call before you go.

My favorite store to go to! I'm all into crafts, and this place is heaven for people like me. I was searching for some fabrics last time I visited, unfortunately did not find what I wanted, but got madly inspired and bought other things :p here are some pictures of pretty fabrics the store carries:)

This smaller location seems to be a touch understaffed and perhaps getting ready for spring merchandise? It had everything I was after but seemed to have low stock in certain craft areas. It would be smart to call first if making a special trip.

I stopped at JoAnn Fabrics to pick up a couple items for a project. I have very rarely visited a fabric and crafts store. The staff was absolutely incredible and helpful. They directed me to the proper rows and I was able to locate my needs quickly. Leona, who cut the fabric, is an absolute gem!

Will never again order online for shipping to home. After 18 days of waiting I now get an email that my order is canceled!!! No way to run a business

I went to Joann.com November 19th and dropped over $100 to buy a new sewing machine because mine had broken. I knew its was a busy season so I tried to be patient. Checked their shipping and processing information and patiently waited. Days went by. Days turned into weeks. I emailed joanns customer service. Received an automated response telling me they'd get back in 48 hours. TWO WEEKS go by. No contact. I email again. Nothing again. I ask to be escalated because this is ridiculous. Of course I get one baby response "I'll check on this and escalate to a manger" No management contact. I wait again. 2 days shy of waiting a full month after placing my order and they CANCEL my order. No sewing machine for me. No contact for resolution. Just a big F U from Joanns. I used to shop at joanns semi regular but I'll never step foot into another Joanns again. Shit service. Shit company. What a waste of time and space. As someone who works in customer service, I'm appalled at the poor practices, probably because Joanns isn't paying enough nor do they have enough employees. Slave labor but nothing to show for it. I don't know how anyone in this company sleeps at night. Y'all couldn't pay me to shop here. One week to Christmas and all I get is disappointment. I hope others read reviews online before purchasing cause I made the mistake of not doing so. Apparently the only way to get a response from Joanns is to go to the better business bureau. What a joke.
