The price is definitely right as well as the location. Upon renting my locker online, I discovered that there were no office hours, closed Sun-Sat. So reaching someone local was a little tricky. However, after a few phone calls and emails to the national call center I was contacted by Megan who is becoming the new full-time site manager at this location. Megan was extremely friendly and helpful. She gets an A+ for her customer service. I met Megan on site a day later to attend to a lighting issue in the hallway that my locker is in. She came up with the solution right away, and I am happy to have transferred my things from another big box storage company to NSA iStorage. Thanks again Megan and Ashley!

I used this iStorage location for two years. I had an exceptional experience. There are a few key things that come to mind. First, the facility is very secure. I was never concerned about my belongings being stolen. Additionally, the staff communicate very well. If there were ever any important updates I received a notification in the mail. My unit and the adjoining hallway were also very nice. They were always clean, and I never had any issues with leaking water or any maintenance-related issues.
Lastly, Rebecca and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. If there is ever anything you need they are available during set business hours. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking storage in the Shakopee/Savage area.

We have a storage here and got it about a year ago. They are amazing here, we even forgot to pay one time and they called us without charging a late few or anything. We then lost our key to our lock on our storage and within a few hours they helped us get into our storage. They are clean, low priced and easily accessible but with it being gated you no your things are safe, as only people that have the code can get through.

You can't reach anyone!!! Back on April 19th, it was discovered that my unit had been broken into (the lock was broken off). After that was discovered by a staff person, they put one of their locks on my unit to protect the remainder of my items. That was great and much appreciated.
However, now I can't reach anyone to get access to my unit! I found out that my location doesn't even HAVE a regular attendant. (I'm starting to understand how the break-in occurred...) And I've been calling and calling and I can't reach anyone. I've been leaving messages, I've been texting - I can't get through at all. I need to arrange for them to meet me there, to take their lock off so that I can see what's been stolen, what still remains, and just put my own lock on the door so I can have access to my items again. I've been trying to get in there for a week and a half. This is absurd!
