“Wow! First review. And it's gonna be a good one. Such a good experience. Which is not always expected these day. But here you can get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff that you can tell....this ain't their first rodeo. Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well. I am so grateful to put my trust into the people that work here. I will be coming back for sure! Great job guys!”

“We were out for dinner at Culver's. When it was time to leave, I couldn't find my phone. Looked all around Culver's, my car, my purse... Nothing. PANIC. Went to the nearby Pioneer Trail T-Mobile Chaska store five minutes before close. Michelle very calmly and patiently walked us through downloading the app to find my device, and helped us finally zoom in on the map where my phone was located... OMG I had left it at HOME. Never once did she make me feel stupid, or like I was delaying her closing duties. On the contrary, she was helpful and empathetic above and beyond. 10 stars!!! Thank you so much, Michelle!”

“The guys were so kind and helped me with my phone issue. As soon as I walked in, one person said welcomingly, I'll be right with you, please check in. I checked in with QR code, and a guy helped, but he didn't know how to fix the issue, so he called another guy, and another, and they decided the phone needed to be replaced. They placed the order for replacement and the phone is coming in a day! Feels good to know they welcome you and want to take care of your issue. Good people.”

“Okay, I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled this time because I simply dread everything about the process of getting a new phone. I wait as long as possible, in this case 6 years. I went from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 14. Walked in, girding my loins, expecting the process to take all day. Did read reviews here about a guy named Darion and almost called first to see if he was on duty, but just gambled. Lucky for me, he was there and available to help. Made a dreaded process joyful, fast, slick and complete. Yup, this guy needs to be valued, promoted, given a raise, whatever. I'd put him on any kind of service team in any sector. Truly, how rare is good service these days, especially in mobile/tech land?? Thank you, Darion!”

“Special Thank You to McKenzie today at EP TMobile. We had closed an internet account due to a move, forgotten PIN, and a credit that was not clearing or getting back to us properly. It took us multiple phone calls and visits, and today McKenzie was patient, kind and resolved the challenge within an hour. Note to management: rating McKenzie a 5, not TMobile. Management needs to update their policies for closed accounts and returning credit to customers.”

“I'll tell you what after the last month trying to get my son a phone activated and targets being no help Walmart even being worse they were rude and unhelpful and unfriendly they were ridiculous. And then we went to AT&t and they were no help then we went to T-Mobile and this gentleman was so much help we got the phone hooked up and paid and everything was great I give these guys mad props so definitely good guys good people.”

“Cost vs Speed between Nuvera/Mediacom/Centurylink (my only options) Nuvera is by far the best and the cheapest! They also COMMUNICATE when they need to have a temporary outage for maintenance! (Amazing,eh?) Great Customer Service in my experience for the Savage/Prior Lake Install process.”
