Hey Hy-Vee management...fix the damn car wash. People get tired of paying $11.00 a wash and not getting the full advetised functions of the wash. STOP SCREWING OVER THE CUSTOMER.

There prices for a wash are slightly cheaper than anywhere else. There hardly ever a wait since there’s 2 stalls for each type of wash to choose from. During my last visit I noticed what they charge for a monthly membership and was very impressed with the prices.

I have given Shakopee Hy-Vee many chances. I’ve received the wrong Aisles on line order, ordered an Easter meal and was given the wrong order, gone in only to notice the hibachi grills were closed on multiple occasions and today tipped me over the edge. I went there esp for the Hibachi and there was an employee making a meal for another customer The employee told me the hibachi grill was closing and to come back in 20 min. When I asked him if 5:30 was ok to come back he said no that the employee called in sick. Well he was clearly making a meal for someone so frustrating. Went to Savage Hy-vee and had a great experience…guess I’ll be going there from now on.

Used the car wash and it charged my card but never opened the door so I got ripped off

Used the touch wash and it cleaned better than the touch less wash. The drying is still just OK. IT never seems to dry my truck. It is a good wash, though

Like that they have both touch free and soft touch options. Just wish the drying system was a bit better.

Their Aisles online is the worst I've ever used. None of the managers there know what's going on, includingthe GM. They've got a bunch of tweakers running the gas station. Just a fiasco.

Four stalls is nice. I typically go here for a quick wash to get the yuck off, but it’s not very thorough.

Great wash. Has both touch-free and soft-toich options. When we went it was very busy, 4-5 cars deep in each of the four lanes. Did a good job, several cleaning options.
