saying I got a refund when I never did and on top of that they just had bad service so i wouldn't recommend it , don't waste your time coming in here especially when it comes to gas , I asked for regular gas and they would refus to give me regular gas service so I went back and asked them and then said that i have to pay again and I ask for the same amount and they wouldn't want to do it

I put my debit card in the card reader and it locked onto it and at the same time the attendant turned the pump lights off and announced that they were closed. I had to try to find and retrieve my card and finish fueling using my phone flashlight. Horrible customer care experience.

Pulled up to pump took card said begin fueling and nothing...ran out of gas at intersection waited to get help 40 min. So horrible

It says it closes at 12AM (midnight) and it is 11:33. There should still be about a half an hour of it being open but the doors are locked and it’s vacant. Wrong hours listed or someone went home half an hour early.

Gas pump card reader literally broke my card because it's forcing itself to grab my card, when my card doesn't have a chip. So thanks for that. And the car wash doesn't dry the top of your car. So be sure to bring a towel with you. Holiday is getting closer and closer to SA. And that's bad.

Updated Review Max the cashier needs to learn some people skills! Rude remarks for this cashier 3x in 1 trip. Guess he thought he was funny by literally saying "I don't feel like counting your .91 change. You don't really want it do you?"Not kidding! Refusing the coupon I had for .15 off a gallon so had to pull another for .10 and still didn't get my receipt!Won't be back. There's other, many other gas stations in town and Holidays!Redbox wasn't working at least today. So had to go to another location. Like the scratch and win game you can do daily, but don't win often. Location is somewhat confusing and difficult to get in and out of with the one ways, and other stores located within the same area.

The staff here are so rude. I gladly will make sure to take a further drive and spend my money else where. The Holiday store nearest my house has such amazing and fun staff. Whatever it is about this location that has these people hating their jobs is sad. I only come here if I'm out doing other shopping in the area and will no longer do so.
