Came here this morning to send off a very important document & the young lady that was on duty took care of me quick.

Unbelievable. All I wanted to do was speak to a human about dropping off a package. No matter what you do, the automated phone service will not allow this and eventually hangs up on you. NOT HELPFUL!

Waited 15 minutes while they were taking a "quick" bathroom break. I was on my lunch break from work.
