Stylist: i'm not sure who i got but she was disrespectful, aggressive with my hands, throwing my hands around, careless. she hurt me a couple of times after telling her it hurt when she was going over my skin. she overpriced me. she's a rude person and i'm disappointed. im upset about my nails they're not the shape i wanted or the design. never going there again.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I paid over $70 for my nails and I had to go to another salon and pay to get them redone because I didn't trust these guys to redo them this was my first time here and will not be returning.... I asked for 3 nails to get tips on because those broke and they looked terrible...all my nails were miss shaped...thick and jagged looking. Differnt lengths. I would not recommend I only went here over my normal place because it was kn my way to my next destination, bad mistake.

Absolutely love it here! Best nail salon I've ever been to. Jenny and all the staff do such a great job on nails. Not only is their work amazing they are also very kind, and take the time to ask you how you are doing and exactly how you want your nails. Great service. My gel nails chipped in less than a week & started peeling within 2 weeks. I was also disappointed in how thin the white was in my French-the lady said my nails were too short to do a thicker line.

I I absolutely loved that they treat you like family here ! Walk ins are always welcome, prices are great and not waiting over an hour like another location I shall not name! Vibe is relaxing and service is fantastic ! Jenny the owner is super sweet and knows me by name and my daughter by name ! Meg is super great with my pedicures and Sam is also wonderful too !! Everyone is !! Great customer service !

i’ve gone here for six years and when they got a new manager, all of a sudden, my nails started to fall off. Their product wasn’t good. My nails were lumpy and I don’t recommend this place because six days ago I got my nails done with my friend. she wanted basic square acrylics, and her nails literally looked like horse teeth , they were round lumpy, and a cream color and I wanted French and mine were lumpy and six days after I got them done two of them fell off. so I went in, asked to get them removed and get a manicure, and they refused to do it and blamed it all on me . i do not recommend this place . I used to love going there with the old manager but ever since they got the new one I haven’t liked it.
