What a great experience!
Hunter was a true professional with a great sense of humor and amazing customer service. I had no idea what I needed for a spare for our RV, but he found the tire right away, and had the unique ability not to make me feel stupid, even though I didn’t know anything about what I needed.
He also carried the new rim from my truck and carried the rim and tire back to the truck in the rain!
Hunter is a huge asset to your organization.

Would love to give zero stars. Called to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and was told one price on the phone and when I went in was told a different more expensive price. So I won't be going to them again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Shakopee Discount Tire location this past weekend. My tires were over four years old and were probably due to be replaced before next winter. Fate moved that schedule up a little bit when I hit some debris on the road and absolutely shredded one of my tires.
My tire size isn't super common, and I've always had to special order them in the past, wait a week for them to be shipped to where I've previously bought them, and then have to get on the list for an appointment. Not at Discount Tire! They happened to have four of the exact tires I needed in stock, and with no previous appointment got me in on a Saturday afternoon and had my new set of tires installed in about an hour! ...and they price matched the place I previously had gotten my tires at with no hassle.
The service I got here was top-notch. The employees were super friendly, motivated (heck, they met me outside before I could even make it through the door to ask how they could help, and later to get my keys when I was dropping off my car), and professional. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience here, and would highly recommend them for your next tire purchase.

I used to personally work at discount tire. So when it comes to customer service, I can say this location excels in that category as well as service. I love the vibe the staff have at this location, they are nice and upbeat which isn’t common in the automotive industry. They also have a few hard working women there that add to the value and demographic of the establishment! I got a tire balance and rotation at this location 14 lexus gs350, great service!

Absolutely awestruck today when I went to Discount Tire for my appointment to get a new set of Michelin tires. This operation is a model of efficiency! They actually got started early putting my new tires on, and I even received an update to let me know at what time the job would be finished. Everyone that works there is energetic, friendly, and polite! The price of the tires was very competitive. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Discount Tire shop in Shakopee, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff were not only courteous but also incredibly efficient in helping me swap out my winter tires on two SUVs. During my two visits, each interaction with the staff was met with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and I left feeling confident in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Discount Tire shop in Shakopee for their outstanding service and friendly staff.

Showed up at 445pm with a nail in my tire and they closed at 6pm. No tires my size in stock. They found some at their Plymouth store. They sent a runner to get them and had them installed by 615pm. Very friendly and great service all around!

Had an tire rotation & balance service done. My vehicle rides nice and smooth up until highways speeds 60+mph. Brought it back for a tire rebalance, front two were off according to the technician. Drove off and still had the same issue. Came back a THIRD time for a rebalancing. The service advisor gal stated the technician could not get one tire to balance properly within specs so they will re-try the best they can and throw it back on.
Still receiving the same shaking @ highway speeds. I am not happy that discount tires could not help solve my tire balancing issue. The gal also joked about we see you here a lot.. I didn't take that sarcastic joke kindly.

Great experience! Went in for a balancing issue and was serviced quickly. They brought me back to show me where the issue was coming from and some options to resolve.

Have to give a 1-star for this visit. Brought my vehicle in for a swap-out of winters to summers. Dropped off vehicle with 20 good lugs, and picked up vehicle with 2 severely stripped lugs and passenger front tire without a lug installed in one position. Was told to visit Christian Bros. for repairs, but no offer to pay for required repairs, and Manager on duty very dismissive of the entire situation. I have to assume the lug and wheel was stripped by the Tech performing the installation since this wheel was not off since Oct when Discount Tire installed the winters. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with Discount Tire over this. This should not be on me to take care of since the damage was caused by Discount Tire.

Took just 1 hour to rotate the tires for free ?. Went next door and enjoyed lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Service lady was friendly and professional.
Not real busy which was nice.
