I purchased their product at Costco two years ago and barely got to use it for anything other than charging phones and using it as surge protection for tv and few computers.Just last week needed to use as battery backup due to bad storm and despite that it was fully charged it didn’t last longer than hour to power the TV only .Waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend and will never buy their products again.

Very nice people in the shipping department. Super fast loading, literally started loading pallets into my trailer as soon as I backed in.

Do not support this company! This company is evil!!!! Read reviews about their service centers and support first! just say no to these guys! Never got any of my under warranty products repaired. They will do anything to escape responsibility!

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Tech support was NOT helpful at all with the powerpanel personal software. Even uninstalling the software is a pain as it is using the java log4j file(s)!!! I had to remove the program files (x86) directory and start menu folder manually. I have other software that can see the UPS with charge status and so forth but NOTHING I did was able to have the powerpanel software see the UPS!!!!

Shelby Lovett, claims manager, has been very difficult and rude to deal with. It’s been 55 days with no updates. I submitted my surge protector for warranty and reimbursement of damaged items and I get an attitude when I request some sort of info. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences ever!!!Update: I received my claim letter and my claim was denied. They couldn’t tell me what tests were performed, and now I have a damaged tv, home theater receiver and PS4 that are all damaged while being connected to their surge protector. GARBAGE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Would not recommend this product to anyone. Spend a little more and get a Panamax or UPC.

Junk, after one year of use out 1300watt unit would randomly lose power even with power being supplied to the unit. It's done it over a dozen times. Tech support blames the problem on a reset button, what's connected, outlets used. The problem is these are reasons why people buy these units. Once charged and while having a battery with charge the last thing these units should do is power off with no notice. You'll lose data and be in the dark. We used APS before in the same configurations and settings, never a problem. We reached them after 10 years due to battery issues and price but as long as APS had battery power they never did this.

Having used various CyberPower UPS's for as long as I can remember, at least a decade, I have no complaints. I've used other brands that cost much more and once I found these, I never went back. We currently have a number of the CP1500PFCLCD Sinewave units protecting all of the Mac's in our office. A pair of these sit behind my console for our home entertainment system. I split the plugs from the 70" TV, receiver, Apple TV and various game systems among the 2 of them. I've always found the CyberPower UPS's to offer great uptime and they've been very reliable, with long long battery life. When people ask me, I don't hesitate to recommend these over any other brand.
