This is what i got in a bag of onion rings!I called and was offered to waist an hr of time and my gas to get new ones or money back. They over charge and sell this and other bad food.

I was told that they don't accept out of state licenses for purchase of alcohol during "night hours," pending manager approval. After inquiring further, it turned out that it was simply up to the manager. The manager divulged that he was both unable and unwilling to verify any other license that was not from Minnesota. This tells me the manager was either too lazy to do their job, or not competent enough to verify a license, or entirely too paranoid that someone with a fake ID from Mississippi, living in Minnesota, wanted some weak beer. Barely competent AND paranoid? Now, that's a combination...On the plus side, they were selling alcohol and it was available for purchase to someone. That's a bonus, I suppose.

I have three daughters, and I bring them every (4 out of 5) Saturday to get donuts. Since they were little. Staff know us for this. A few months ago when price for half dozen went up we spent a few weeks checking out other bakeries. We've come back because the quality and value is on point. My issue is...whose eating jelly filled? My kids want sprinkles. Often we get there around 9:30 and sprinkles are gone but we ask for supply in back and it's fine. Today I left the kids at home to get there earlier...8:15. And three dozen jelly filled sprinkle donuts, but not one without jelly. And I feel it's such an inconvenience to them and me to ask for their supply 'in back'. Can we think about the kids and get more sprinkles? And just monitor the donut case display and keep it fuller?11/18/23 update: At 8:30am the sprinkle selection was very good. Both long john and iced ring. Chocolate and vanilla. Thank you!12/16/23 update: Arrived at 9am right as they were restocking! Great timing as we needed that rollout cart for sprinkle donuts that had been hit already.12/23/23 update: At 9:10am...1.5 trays of jelly filled and ONE single iced ring donut with sprinkles. Two points, keep restocking empty trays. And less jelly.

I spend sooo much money every week shopping in this store and so I do not appreciate being approached by some big burly guy as I was ordering chicken from the deli . I had bananas in the cart and my 2 year old wanted one right away and I gave it to her. This guy interrupted me to tell me that bananas are paid for by the pound as if I was stealing. I just lost my sister and I’m grieving and this random guy wants me to know that his boss has hawk eyes and wants me to know that his boss can see my daughter eating a banana. I ALWAYS PAY FOR MY FOOD! Unbelievable!!! I have plenty receipts and stamps to prove it.

Cub, please bring back the URBANIZE herbs grown in Edina. The national brand you switched to is of much lower quality. You forced me to buy basil at Hy-Vee, and their aisles are organized by a committee of chimps that can't grasp the principle of putting like items together (see photo).

I usually find what I need here, as they seem to keep it stocked well. Their shoppers for home delivery do a great job, and we've always been pleased with the pharmacy service too.

This used to be my favorite place until they decided not to be open 24 hours. I hope this is just temporary, because now there is nowhere in Shakopee to shop for groceries after I get done at my job at 11pm. Very disappointing, and I will not return until they reverse course and go back to being open 24 hours.

Today i had the pleasure of having my potato salad from the deli served to me straight from a bucket ON THE FLOOR to the container. When i approached one of the managers she laughed and said she would let the deli manager know when she was back in three days....i am no expert but i am pretty sure that is a No No and TOTALLY gross!!!!!

It is not fair that they have taken away the 24/7… people don’t have the luxury of getting food during the day. Where can people get medicine or things they need? This was the only 24/7 place in our city and now it’s gone. Thanks a lot, cub.

Love the location but the removal of overnight shopping is a pain in the behind. Alls well though, they got some decent deals for rewards members.

It’s one of the biggest cub in town. It had all required groceries and all pharmacy items as well. Compared to other locations this one has more one roof styled (one big room) shopping. More organic can be better and pricing is good and competitive. Varieties on organic foods can be better. It’s a nice store in the neighborhood.
