“My family and I have been banking here for about five years now. Back then it was called KleinBank. Most of the same people still work there. Very nice people in my opinion. We love to go to the Christmas party every year with our kids. I have not experienced any problems banking here.”

“Very poor staffing. In bank waited for banker for more than 60 mins. It seems just 1 banker and takes more than an hour to help a customer . Pathetic experience.
Update- it seems bank has got set of new employees and they are getting trained. After long wait staff was very courteous and apologetic for the delay in service.”

“GREAT EXPERIENCE! Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. We visited HomeTown Bank to discuss financing options at 4:30 pm on Wednesday night before the holiday break. We were greeted and were able to meet with a loan officer within minutes. We were not account holders at HomeTown bank but were not treated any differently. Kim Bun discussed a few financial options to fund a furnace for our home. Walking in, I felt out of sorts but walking out we felt at ease after meeting with her.
