Do not use this company for anything, incredibly rude and horrible on the phone! Got in an accident and my bike was brought here. Called to figure out the process to get it back and the woman that answered was not only very rude, she’s unprofessional and horrible to deal with! I have never been treated so harshly for asking a question, which was simply the process for getting my bike.
Please take my advice, you’re better off using anyone else! I wished they had used dans towing. Please spread the word, this is a horrible company to work with. Avoid this company at all costs.

There is definitely a common denominator here with a rude recepionist at the very least. My experience is similiar. Called PLC when my van quit running and on the side of the road. A lady answered and said PLC towing and I asked if they could tow a Transit Van since I didn't know if this company towed every type of vehicle. The receptionist said "what did I just say" in a angry tone. This was said at the very start of the conversation so she didn't know me or my situation. After trying to walk on eggs with this lady she said it will be a few hours to get to me and no further detail given expcept to emphasize their rate of a $200 hook up fee and $5 per mile. So I get it there are people out there that have issues with themselves and their lives but don't take it out on a person in need of help who is willing to pay for the help. Isn't this a business trying to get business? Not chase it away?
Needless to say I didn't deserve or ask for the verbal abuse and even if I had to sit there all day I wasn't going to use PLC towing.
A note of advice for PLC: Fire this cranky unhappy receptionist and your business will pick up. If you don't need more business and want more bad reviews then keep her employed.
After the PLC phone experience I called Osceola Towing, they were very nice, were there within 15 minutes, loaded my van quickly, towed me 30 miles and gave me a far better rate. Am going to their site now to add a 5 star review to their 4.9 star total.

We were in an accident and our truck got towed here. My husband was told he had to go remove his license plates, so he drove all the way there and he could not get in. It is by appointment only (nobody told us) so he called and the lady was very rude on the phone. Not sure if it was the same lady when we got to get his plates but that lady was very nice......maybe she was having a bad day.....

I had a flat tire along the highway. Thought I give them a try. Called and had terrible service on the cell phone. So they hung up. Ok I get it. I was about to do the same thing. So after hanging up I called back. 6 times to be exact. They answered the first time. And left it ringing. Or they would pick up and hang up. And left me stranded along the road in 114° heat index. If you really need a road side service call DANS TOWING. Don't waste your time with this place. And sub-par service. Absolutely the worst service EVER!!!!! Not my first time with problems with them. Last time they towed my car that clearly had a parking permit posted in the window.

Had a great experience retrieving things after a horrible accident. Thanks to Missy for helping us out and being really patient as we cleaned out the car. Thank you for all you did for us today we really appreciate it.

The woman who answers the phone is so rude!!! Dont be in customer service if you hate it...just my opinion. But the man who helped us get our van out and jumped was friendly.

If i could give these guys negative stars i would. I was involved in an accident, when i got out of the hospital later that day it was too late to call them so i waited until the next day. I was told my only option to retrieve my personal items was to go through my insurance company. They were rude and condescending and did not want to answer my questions. I called insurance and since i only had liability, it was out of their hands. I called back after the weekend and the lady on the phone tells me it is not their problem and i owed 4 days worth of impound fees and i have to pay cash, need the title ( which was in the glove box so it cost me another day to get a duplicate from the dmv) and that i need to have it towed out of their lot immediately after i paid. I asked them if i could pay them to tow it for me and again, being very rude told me no we cannot do that, for whatever reason I do not know. Had to call another tow company to tow it and ended up costing me 600 dollars after getting t boned at 55mph. What a scam.

This company is absolutely disgusting. They DO NOT WHAT SO EVER HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. None of their employees actually know what position they are in. Spoke with a woman today about a complaint I had and she told me she was the owner, yet an earlier conversation we had (same woman) she told me she was sending my complaint to her upper.. Confusing. Customer service is definitely a big 0 for me. Anderson Automotive located out of Grantsburg Wi is so much more worth the bank for your buck. Andersons has Kind people, great customer service, and they ACTUALLY answer your questions. Highly recommend you don’t do business with the PLC company because they can’t even treat their customers with any decency or respect. 0/10 if I could give negative stars I would. They twist and mingle your words to get what they want from you. Never have I ever seen a company treat their customers this way and I will NEVER work with them again. I’m surprised they are even still in business with the way they treat paying customers. ??? -87/10. PLC provided no comfort or help in my time of need. Thanks PLC?
