Unit was in the middle of the row. No issues with water leaking into the unit from the ceiling or door. Keypad was not the most responsive but was always able to enter and exit.

We rented a U-Haul from here but couldn't find a way in to get it. Then during business hours no one answered the phone. They finally called back 7 hours later after we already finished our move.

I would highly recommend not using this place. Good price as a new customer, but significantly increased almost immediately. Holes in the roof with some of the support beams not secured. I seen a different renter had all of their property destroyed due to the holes in the roof. There is no upkeep on this place. Put in notice to leave, they said it was a day to late. Regardless of not being in the space, I had to pay for a full month extra, even after I was told I only had to pay half. They were willing to give a lower price outside the contract if I promised to stay, but was unwilling to give a price break in leaving.

Had a unit with Highway 8 Storage for 5 years. Excellent service! I highly recommend. Their units are super nice and well taken care of. If I ever had questions about anything they were there tibheko. Even the owner was available and was SO helpful!
