“I had an oil change at TGK- Chisago City today. It was my first visit and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car service/repair shop in the past 58 years. From the courteous service at the front desk to the actual work done everything was excellent. I also really liked the customer report sent to me right after the work. It even had 8-10 photos of air filter, brake pads, and other things on my car. Very impressive and helpful!”

If I call and he misses my call I get one right back within a half hour give or take. If there's a job he can't do or won't do he tells me straight up he can't or won't. Also I can call and ask for a quote over the phone and everytime he's had no problem with that because he knows I'm a car guy too and if I'm bringing something to him I most likely already know what's wrong with it. “I bought an AA Primary Clutch and 4 months later it failed. I contacted AA and they worked with me extensively to determine what caused the problem. It appeared that it had come loose on the shaft and that caused the damage. They repaired the clutch and sent it back to me. I appreciated their effort to help me avoid future problems with clutches.”

He has even gotten problem diesels from local dealers because he has the expertise. I recently brought in my RAV with what I thought was problem rear wheel bearings. With many other shops I would likely have had new ones when I picked it up. After extensive testing Justin said it was likely road noise. WOW! You can't go wrong dealing with the Taylors!”

“If you need a tow out of a ditch in the Chisago Lakes area, like my wife once did, Peterson came in the time of need and did a great job. Our SUV spun out of control after hitting a washboard area on a gravel road not far from our house. Once it left the road it rolled in the ditch popping out all the windows. Thankfully, she and our son walked away from the vehicle unharmed. A testament to wearing seat belts and cars deploying airbags. It was a relief Peterson Towing handled the vehicle upon arriving.”

They squeezed me in to their already full calendar, diagnosed the problem, and offered solutions even though I didn’t have a big ticket repair. “I brought my 1972 Plymouth Valiant here to get two new front tires installed, and have some electrical things looked at.When I went to pick the car up, I was only charged for the labor on installing the two new tires. When I went in and saw the invoice, I inquired about the electrical problems that I had asked them to look at. I approached Trent with an urgent matter with my RZR that I needed accomplished in 48hrs to get me on my RZR trip to Michigan Upper Peninsula. He went above and beyond to help me and Jestin squeezed me in to get my RZR back on the road a day and half later. I've been to two previous dealerships and was unimpressed. Your staff blew me out of the water with their friendliness, explanations, thoroughness, diligence and all out customer service. I've been looking for a legitimate Polaris dealership for the past 5-10 years and know now I found a home for life.
