Very impressed with our service. From the office staff, the crew that installed the underground cable, to the in home installers they were all very knowledgeable and curious. The installers did an excellent job and where very helpful in instructing how to use the system. We are saving so much money and have much better internet service than we had before!!

I have been using West Central Telephone for my small business IT support for a couple years now, and they are excellent. It was a struggle to find good IT support in our area, and West Central has not let me down. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always quick to respond and get our problems solved. I would recommend using the IT department to anyone. Keep up the good work!

WCTA is a Company that provides excellent cost effective services with a cutting edge IT support team. Their sales department are professional and very detailed orientated when explaining options for services. Their installation team are very courteous, polite and flexible with installation times. I would recommend WCTA for their services they provide, TV, phone, internet and mostly their IT tech support division.

This company makes you have a phone line to get 1gig speed and at 220$ a month im 32 I don't use a landline never will! i can't even get stable connection near 500mbps. I average around 200 up and 100 down. I do not recommend this company. But since we are in the middle of nowhere this place is scalping people left and right! Who makes these prices?

with i could give a zero score! horrible customer service - i didn't get the last bill and before i got the next months bill they cut the service. and then blamed the mail service. but no explanation for cutting service in less than a month and customer service doesn't care at all. they just called back and rudely said i had to return the modem or they will charge $155. i'd rather pay the money and throw it away than take time off work to return something of theirs. verizon wireless internet never looked so good!

We have heard nothing but negitive about west Central I just heard about another unhappy customer . I went in there to inquire about the different plans and prices __ oh no we need to pull a full credit report etc. Etc . And then depending on your rating , then they decide how much to charge you . We had the equipment in the house we had purchased and I believe they said , there still would be a huge fee to get it hooked up etc. I have heard of many people having issues .. I recommend steer clear of them . Unless of course they change there ways . Hot spots work just fine and I DONT like monoplolies
