We had the absolute best time doing the tour!!! Nothing much better than getting to do some baby goat cuddling, milking Melissa, and feeling the baby goats bottles!! A great way to spend the afternoon along with some beautiful scenery for a picnic afterwards! Bring cash for raw goat milk and soap! We had the best time on our tour through Poplar Dairy Goat Farm. Our tour guide Allison has worked there practically her whole life. She took us to each of the different barns and explained how goats are milked, the different breed of goats, and how the farm is maintained. It was obvious that the farm, being a family business, loved each goat and was committed to helping the farm thrive

We had so much fun at Poplar Hill Dairy Goat Farm. We learned a lot and had awesome experiences such as bottle feeding baby goats, hand-milking a goat, and learning all about the farm operation. We were able to buy raw milk which we are excited to try! Ava gave us a tour and did a fantastic job. We will come back and would recommend to anyone looking for an educational and fun experience. Our kids aged 6 and 7 loved it.

Poplar Hill Dairy Goat Farm was an amazing place to spend an afternoon! We had so much fun and learned so much about goats. We signed up for an hour long snuggling session with the baby goats, but the staff invited us to bottle feeds the babies, meet the dogs and horses, and watch the milking station. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the baby goats were absolutely adorable and only a few days old.
We will absolutely be going back.

I haven't been at this place. I love goat milk from childhood to adulthood! I never tried goat milk butter before that I needed to look for non-dairy butters. I can't have Earth Balance butter anymore because of artificial chemicals in it (I did not hate them, just needed non-dairy butter. I wished they would put goat milk butters in grocery stores that I can find to put on toast or sandwiches. I am not mad, wanted to buy special butters as well as I only bought goat milks.
