This pharmacy is extremely rude. I had a prescription filled here and they tried telling me it was filled somewhere else and that they didn’t have it even though I had a phone and app confirmation with this address. I drove to this location even though it’s further from my house because it was supposed to be faster/open 24 hours but that’s also not true. They then proceeded to tell me it would be 20 minutes to fill it for me. This prescription comes in prepackaged sealed packs so it’s not even like they had to count pills out or anything and there were no other customers so I figured I’d just wait and see if it would be ready sooner than 20 min. but she came back to the window after about 2 min to yell at me and tell me I needed to leave and come back in 20. I begging her again to just check again to see if it was there and while I was begging someone handed it to her and she said “oh luckily they just found it.” No apology and no kindness throughout the whole interaction.

This and many other Walgreens have gone quite downhill. Extremely long wait times for prescriptions and poor customer service. Too bad there aren't many options or I would stop coming here all together.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy. It took 1.5 days to have a simple script filled after my Dr sent it in. I had to call the pharmacy twice for status. I waited on hold for 18 minutes to have the tech tell me they would fill the script my Dr sent the previous day in 30 minutes. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes while one car in front of me waited for their script to be filled. Their service is horrendous and the manager doesn't care. This is the second experience like this here. I will not have another script filled here.

Nothing is more awkward then shopping somewhere for the advertised prices just to be bullied at the register about it. My favorite part is the head wobble and eye roll. Sometimes when I'm tired I'll come here specifically for the "cashier whos annoyed, rings out your items" ASMR feel.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I really like the 24 hour pharmacy, as well. I recommend this Walgreens for your basic shopping and pharmacy needs.

I only go here out of habit, but I'm sure I will be switching over to HyVee shortly. I've had so many issues with getting my prescriptions on time, with two examples being my daughter's pain meds after a tonsillectomy, and antibiotics for my son's ear infection. Both are rather urgent prescriptions, yet it took them over SIX hours to complete the prescription. On one of them they said there was an insurance issue, yet I recieved no communication or notification whatsoever. So when I went 7 hours later to pick it up, only THEN was I Informed and had to wait even more for the medications.
Allow me to amend it: Cody is a fantastic worker. Unfortunately he cannot compensate for an entire location's lack of initiative. Also, if you wish to phone them, you WILL be on hold for at least 30 minutes.

Last three prescriptions were not on time. Two last week and one I needed today after a 7:30AM doctors apptmt. I called in to check on it 3 times today and was told to check back in an hour. The last call they now said the overnight shift would have to fill and it would be ready at 8AM tomorrow. I told them I'm leaving town at 7AM and they basically said tough....it will be ready after 8AM tomorrow. It will now have to go 48 hrs before I can start the prescribed medication. Time to switch back to Hyvee or somewhere else. This Walgreens location just happens to be the most convenient/closest to me.

I’ve been an employee at Walgreens, I was even screwed into working an overnight shift by myself at this location. I’m still somehow amazed at the lack of training, professionalism and customer service this location specifically has. I’ll go into detail because I hope they see this and maybe coach on it-
I asked to load money onto an account, a barcode but not for a reloadable card, it’s for my rent. I know from experience of working at Walgreens that this barcode can surpass the $500 gift cards/reloads usually have. I let the cashier know this and she was combative right off the bat, which I understand- I did my fair share of *informing* people that it has to be broken up into maximum $500 limits. I asked her politely to try it once please (because I knew it would work), and instead of wasting time possibly doing two transactions- she took the exact same amount of time just to argue with me on it. At this point I genuinely do not care if it’s getting broken up into two transactions, I just need my rent paid. She brings another manager who just clocked out over to double down her (very stupid) point, and that manager stands there for what I can only assume to check if she’s right at the end. The cashier knocks it out in one transaction, amazing! Would’ve been 1000x better of experience if the manager just simply tried the transaction once without the attitude, not wasting the coworkers time OR just leaving it at the “No” to my request and just do it in two transactions.
I wish this wasn’t my closest 24 hour store.

The pharmacy here is an absolute disaster. They cannot seem to keep it staffed (poor management?) and no matter the time of day you will consistently end up waiting 20+ minutes just to SPEAK to someone to pick up a prescription. Save yourselves the time and hassle and switch pharmacies.

I am so thankful for Cody who works at this Walgreens location! I called about a month ago inquiring about a prescription for my child that has been difficult to find, and he spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me, carefully explaining the reason behind the shortage, and ideas for me to find what I needed.He was friendly, helpful, super knowledgable, and KIND. He understood my frustration and was so patient and caring with me. I really can't say enough about how amazing he was and when I called there again today with the same issue, he was just as understanding, patient, and friendly - spending extra time on the phone with me as we tried to locate a pharmacy that had my child's medications in stock.Thank you from the bottom of this mama's heart, Cody - your kindness has made a big difference in our lives and you are so, so appreciated!
