By far the best experience I have had at any verizon store. Sam was incredibly informative, helpful and amazing. We had a great time getting everything we needed and more. I will referring others to this location for all their verizon needs. THANK YOU SAM!!

Anthony was very helpful when we switched my children from a different carrier to my plan and helped them get started with their new phones! We had some unusual circumstances that required a lot of time to work through in the process and he was so incredibly patient and pleasant to work with.

This is the BEST Verizon store!!!! I had a great experience with Sam and Tyler. They helped me setup a company IPads. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. They resolved my problems instantly and I was back to my day. Go in and ask go work with Sam or Tyler- they are the best!!!

First, I have to say, doing anything with a cell phone, has me holding my breath, because of numerous bad experiences with Verizon Corporate stores. I will now say, that this was my second experience with a Verizon Vectra store, and it, like the first in another city, was good! Anthony met all of our needs. He listened, solved our problems, gave us new ideas and options and we left feeling good and informed about our purchases. It would have been nice if he would have had the model of phone on hand that my wife chose, but we do understand that it is difficult to have everything on hand.
Thank You Anthony! You need a raise!

I came here for a new phone. I was offered a "free" galaxy watch, which has obvious defects straight out of the box, then charged extra for service. For a watch. A watch that doesn't work without the phone. I tried returning the watch, canceling my account, and was told a bunch of lies and excuses. Lies I could retaliate with the RECEIPT I had with me. A bunch of ignorant people work here, doing ignorant things. I tried to work something out, but I think nothing happened because everyone there knows they're not actually there to help in any way. Guaranteed they will screw people over and you will leave having spent more money than agreed based on scummy low-life tactics. Note to self; Don't trust grown men that work in a phone store.....
