About Strong Tower Training

Fitness and neuro training for the active, aging adult. Being neurocentric in our approach allows us to create fast and positive change for clients in terms of pain modulation, strength, flexibility and balance. We address 3 vital systems for better movement: the visual system, the vestibular systems and the proprioceptive system. The S.A.I.D. principle is an acronym for ‘Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands.’ Basically, this means that the brain and body will adapt to the stimuli that we give it as well as those demands that we place upon it. If we take this a step farther, we can say that the body and brain are CONSTANTLY adapting to the stimuli we provide. Your brain and body crave movement with good form, posture and breathing.
