I have nothing but the best customer service from all of the staff. They have a great selection of pistols. The staff has answered all of my question and they have great prices. One of the best gun shops in the Metro. Jerry, Jess & Ben have continued to offer great customer service.

Amazing shop! I had a horrible experience with another gun shop in Savage and I came to these guys. They were not only helpful but very knowledgeable and kind. Not pushy and answered my questions and got my order in great and quick!

A friend recommended southwest arms and I just want to say how impressed I was. I am glad I came to southwest arms and purchased my gun. The staff was very friendly, respectful, helpful, etc. I could keep going on, and on about the positive experience at southwest arms. I will definitely come back again for future purchases. So if you are looking for new gun purchase come check this place out, they are amazing.

Great selection of fire arms here. The store is very clean and organized. More so a modern arsenal over older guns. Great selection!!! SCARS, AUGS, MP5s, BERETTAS, you know name! Knowledgeable staff. As for my purchase.. came in to get a CENTURY ARMS AP5-P. They had a great variety of different options for this fire arm too. Got delayed and they called me the following day letting me know it was ready for pick up. What makes these guys stand apart from the other dealers was their phone call… in my experience, every time i get delayed I never get a phone call. They just say pick it up in 5 days and that’s it. These guys were actually on top of it and checking my App and the moment they got the green light they called me saying it was ready for pick up! I will Absolutely be back!! Already have another AP5 on order with them!

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I purchased a pistol over the phone from them and they kept me updated in every step of the process on getting the weapon to my FFL. Southwest Arms is one of the best gun shops I've ever dealt with!
