I needed a new place to take my car for repair since I was new to the area. My wife stated she used Southcross for many years and had very positive experiences. I was able to get fixed what was needed and did not feel like they were trying to sell me other services that were unnecessary at the time. I will continue to take my car there as long as they remain open.

This was my first time visit here today. Being new to the area
I needed to find new local repair shop that was not only good but fair and honest. Bingo found it. 2 other shops could not
figure out where my rear noise rattle and clunk was coming from. (granted they did not charge me for looking at it, It was driving me crazy I needed it fixed) Southcross Auto figured
it out in about a half hour. It turned out to be the rear brake caliber bolt was loose, Mike the mechanic tightened it down,
rattle and clunk is now fixed. I was charged a small inspection fee, and that was it. When paying the bill I asked
if I could tip Mike the mechanic for figuring out something 2
other shops could not which was driving me nuts. They said
yes. It was my first time ever tipping a mechanic, but I was
happy to do it. My Ford Fusion is "quiet " again.
