Lacey is honestly some of the best customer service I've received anywhere! She took the time to help me pick out a new vape, and her advice was spot on! I wasn't even planning on buying a new device, but I'm so happy that I did. Very grateful for the Rockstar service!

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE. i went and spent $12.87. My card has now been charged 10 different times from this location for random amounts. I repeat DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS HERE ONLY USE CASH THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!

I am a loyal custom and rewards member here or used to be. I purchased a vape device, brought it home and it would not charge. I asked for an exchange and they said they don't return anything with no exceptions. Won't be returning to this store ever again.
