In 2022 my father needed a handicap van. We live in PA and could not find any reasonable offers. We contacted Rollx, FINALLY got the van delivered in January 2023. It is a 2012 Dodge grand caravan, we had their mechanics come check the van to see why it kept scraping, not even a month after we got it. We were told no charge for them to check it out. WRONG I had to use my credit card for over $200. The gentleman told us nothing wrong with their equipment, may be shocks! So I had to use a credit card, luckily I had it because my father didn't. Then the air conditioning line busted, Rollx told us they HAD TO BE FROM THEM! Eventually we found someone to fix it, cost me $1200. My father passed away January 11, 2024. The van is financed, I called Rollx about buying it back. We had it just over a year, and all they are willing to give us is $10k. We owe over $20kI asked to atleast do $18,100. I will pay the rest on my credit cards. I was told simply, "SORRY, WE CAN'T HELP YOU!"We traded a 2009 Ford Explorer, low miles, good shape and still had to finance over $22k.Sadly, I am stuck with a van, a payment we can't afford, and they WON'T help!It was a horrible experience to get the van, and we were lied to along the way. The van is in good shape! Only 77,450 miles on it.I am NOT surprised they WON'T help!Very REGRETFUL that we chose Rollx!

From start to finish everything was great! First the referral by Janet Russell, then contact via computer. We chose our vehicle and Ryan Murray and Amanda Chumley assisted us through the process with ease. Darrell delivered the vehicle to our home and did an excellant job explaining the vehicle and how to operate the lift. Very satisfied with the vehicle and the company. We recommend Rollx Vans for anyone in need of assistance.

Our new van was delivered to us by Pam on Nov 12th. She came an hour early, but we were able to make it work.Working with the people in the Rollx office was very difficult. We already had a van from Rollx and just wanted to get a newer version, so we did not have many questions, we contacted Tony our salesman and told him exactly which van we wanted and that we would need financing.The van was till being converted, so it would not be ready for another 2 - 3 weeks. I never heard from Rollx again until Pam called to setup a delivery date. She said, oh you are doing your own financing. I contacted Tony and they tried to get financing together in 4 days but managed to get me a horrible rate and it seems as if everyone in the office was out for some time, so we had to work quickly within Rollx staffing time constraints. I found my own financing and we rescheduled the delivery. The van was damaged in transport and Pam called to tell me they had to wait on a new part. Rollx did not even call to tell me this or ask how the repair looks. I have had the van for 2 weeks now and we did not even receive a courtesy call to see how the new van is working.The bank attached to the old van is still taking payments, so I guess they have not paid the old van off yet. Customer service for this purchase was HORRIBLE!I understand everyone has things going on in their lives, but they should be able to cover for each other so the customer is not left hanging. Will think twice if we ever purchase another van.

This is our third van from RollX!!! They keep coming through with top notch product and service! Really appreciate Tony and the team. Our former van was a total loss from a deer running into us at the end of the summer, while on vacation, in Michigan. The deer, unfortunately, met its demise and we were nearly sent into a panic, Tony at Rollx helped us find a solution in a replacement van very quickly once we made it back to Minnesota. We had the van placed through production for the details that we needed and they even provided us a loaner van for a few weeks during that time before the arrival of our completed van! Our Conversion Chrysler Pacifica Touring L was delivered to our home 10/14/23 by Pam & Brian. Exceptional service from both. They clearly & fully explained the conversion vehicle operation and answered all of our questions. Paperwork portion of the visit was fast and seamless.
