“I've been in post offices (USPS) where I've been treated like a human being, but most I've been in I've been treated like I'm an unwanted pest. But, at Normandale, not only do the staff seem to care that my needs are met, they also treat me like a member of their community and someone who they are happy showed up. Phenomenal!”
“Busy spot, but most staff does their best to move the line. Sheila rocks.White “hamper” bin on far wall in line is for prepaid boxes that don’t need receipts - wish you could dump those packages thru a wall slot (like envelopes) instead of sort of cutting line to drop off.”

There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”
“I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)”
“Great customer service, dedicated clerks, and awesome mail carriers. They really do care about their customers, and will do what they can within their powers to help you with any questions or problems you have.”
“I've only had the occasion to visit a couple of times. The annex is a special place. While they can't do a lot of what your regular post office can (don't come looking for stamps or to ship a package), they CAN handle a lot of the things that your local post office may not be able to. For me, this meant getting some mail that hadn't yet been delivered. For another customer, it meant picking up a package that had been sent without a suite number. While it's a good-sized facility with ample parking (conveniently located within walking distance of my workplace), working directly with customers is only a small part of what they do. If nobody is at the desk when you come in, ring the doorbell on the wall opposite the door. You may need to wait a few minutes, as they've got a whole lot going in, but they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, USPS!”
“Just saw a customer going crazy on a worker for being slow, despite not having the address or package ready. She was throwing things at the worker! Good on the worker and her coworkers for keeping their cool with a rude and unrealistic Karen!”
“We went to apply for passports and had actually arrived on the wrong day. They were very gracious with us and allowed us to continue the application which was very nice of him. We appreciate everything you guys do! Thank you again!”
“Large post office desk with super friendly clerks. They have a convenient drive through lane on the side if you have stamped letters you need to send. Even a drop box for priority mail.”
“Granite Unlimited Inc. relies on the Post Office for all our mailing needs. Their dependable service, friendly staff, and efficient operations ensure our deliveries are always on time. Highly recommended!”

“Crazy. All these people leaving angry reviews and don't even realize that their real ire should be directed at the Burnsville PO. Burnsville is awful and responsible for our deliveries (or lack thereof), not Savage.”
