“Kelly was absolutely wonderful helping us get set up with supplies for a dachshund, from food to treats to toys, as well as a wealth of general caretaking information for them. She took the time and effort to walk with us through the store, looking at a variety of products and helping us select the best options, and really made us feel well taken care of and prepared for the new puppy. She also gave us some great ideas for our two cats. 5/5 stars for Chuck & Dons, and 12/10 for Kelly specifically!”

“Christa is the best groomer that we've ever encountered, bar none, it's not close to where I live, but, it's worth the drive, she does a great job on Lacey, lacey is a cavalier, and can have pretty profuse fur by the time we get in, and, Christa makes her look wonderful, and Lacey is so much more comfortable, you can tell..........she's now about 10# lighter, we've tried several places and this wag n' wash is the very best.”
“They have a self serve pet wash in the back that we use 2-3 times per month. It is reasonably priced, and they price based on time, which we appreciate with two dogs. We can typically get them both clean and dry in about 30 minutes.The staff is always friendly and helpful, often passing out samples of treats as well. Pet Stuff has been a really good find for us!”
“Terry is the best in town for all of your parrot needs. You tell him your age/breed and he will set up a food regimen to keep your bird happy and healthy. He is passionate about what he does and it really shows. We’ve been using him for years now and we won’t go anywhere else for our bird’s needs.”

“First time in in a while. Came for the dog wash. Worked great, was nice the variety of shampoos available to use, towels are provided, and aprons to wear. Also got a nail trim, but didn't have an appointment, and they were able to squeeze my pup in. Much appreciated!!”

“I just adopted this precious guy from Petsmart through Happy Tails Rescue..the worker here went above and beyond for me and got ahold of the rescue for questions so I could be sure of my decision. I believe his name is Brandon, he was so funny and so sincere. I dont think I caught the girls name running adoption center but she was amazing as well and helped me get all the right things and answered questions when I called back. I am very thankful for that crew! I went 3 days in a row to make sure I wanted this kitty (that my son renamed Theodore)”

“My senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for all that you do for our fur babies and us! You must have magic in your fingers. <3”

“Every time we visit a Chuck and Dons the staff greets in a genuine way. They are helpful not only in making selections but also offer to carry out to our car. Many places carry the pet food and supplies we need but the customer service is what keeps us coming to Chuck and Dons.”
“If you have cats, PetSmart is so much better than PetCo. They have WAY more stuff for cats. When I went to Petco, cats seemed like an afterthought (as did the other non-dog pets). I drive 10 miles further away just to go to PetSmart.”

“ScoopyPoo was a tremendous help to me when I was unable to clean up my yard due to an injury. I have a big dog and need to keep up with his waste. They came weekly during my recovery and my yard was cleaned up completely! They even left him some treats! I now have them come by and clean up because I don't always have time to go out and get to the dog doo. Thanks ScoopyPoo!”
“They are all awesome! Everyone here loves animals and will help you in any way. My Luna loves going to the store n had had her shots in the Vet vac clinic n seen the Vet here n they were all so good and patient with her. She's a jumper n super hyper at 4 months and I felt good n not worried about her hurting the staff, they all knew how to deal with her. The Vet n staff are the best around n they care about your animal. The pricing is the best I could find, join the premier plan - best thing you could do!”

Today Tanner helped my friend and I sign up for the vital care program and we're saving so much money on food and litter. “Enrolled my dog in the "Positive Dog Training" classes for Adult Dog Level 1. I was lucky enough to get Paul D as our trainer. The commands he presented were clear in both word, print out and example which he had us practice several times and not too much in one week so we could really get our dogs solid on the homework. My dog was also having issues being around strange dogs, but with Paul's help during class I think my dog is on the road to a full recovery there as well (from whatever spooked him in his life before I rescued him). Thank you Paul for your understanding and patience. Definitely recommend enrolling in classes with Paul D. Looking forward to more classes taught by him!Judy G.”
