I just went inside to pay for gas here. The lady working behind the counter was extremely rude to the male customer in front of me. He was going out of his way to be nice to her, and she snapped at him and made a scene. I went outside and used my card to pay for my gas. That employee needs some serious customer service training. What a nightmare.

Hours aren't what is posted on here or on their door. They shut down before 11pm. Like most holiday's don't rely on them

Nobody in the store more likely due to brain dead Brian kicking out prior employees that quit on him, most likely almost all the 16 year olds in Scott County. Minnesota is at will employment, get a clue. And please wear some underwear! Nobody is trying to see your a$$ crack!

This is the most pathetic gas station I've ever been to. The managers are blatantly rude & racist. Won't even honor company coupons. Stores being run into the ground. I'll go out of my way to go to literally any other gas station besides this one. How sad & pathetic

I received unbelievably bad customer service after their car wash broke off part of my side view mirror. The manager was unable to locate the piece which I saw get knocked off by the brushes, instead offering me a half hearted "I don't know what to tell you." After I replied to his unprofessional answer he stated he didn't care for how I rolled my eyes. Now late for work I decided to address the problem over the phone later. I called the store and was told the manager was out until a later time. After calling back at said time, an employee clearly covering for their manager said they were not in. After work I returned to the store to find the manager unsurprisingly present. I asked to file a report for the damage to finally hear from the manager that he found the piece in the drain, which he added he had never seen before. He drilled home that this was a good thing because they aren't liable for sideview mirror damage anyway.I could have overlooked the damage which wasn't that substantial, but I couldn't believe the indifference of the manager. Avoid this car wash.
