Despite a technical hang up due to a rain storm in the area, she got me what I needed to process an insurance check — saving me much hassle and an out-of-the-way journey to another branch. And she was so friendly! It was an old-school banking experience in the best definition of that term. ??”
“We've been banking here since they opened and have been pleasantly surprised. Have had some car loans with them and now have our mortgage with them. Personally, love this credit union and because my wife frequents the place more than I do, sometimes I'm referred to as "Mr. Deb". LOL”

“I like the ATM network, I bank with USBank as well and can use their ATMs. Have been with the CU for close to 20 yrs now. Only reason for 4 star vs 5 is I wish they were more competetive with deposit interest rates. I use ally for savings acct and get 1% right now. This bank offers a tenth of that.”

“Jamie S. is an absolute ROCKSTAR lending specialist. Not only does this credit union offer competitive rates for well qualified buyers, but their customer service is also top notch. I was working with a few other credit unions trying to get a quick loan together so that I could purchase a private sale boat that was a great price out of state the next day. Everyone else kept dropping the ball, but Jamie understood that my loan was time sensitive and got me a check so quick that I couldn't believe it. She has since also helped me on a vehicle loan as well and that went even quicker since my information was already in the system. “Wonderful location. I had previously gotten a loan through this credit union when it was previously called RBCU for my first ever car loan back in 2019. I recently paid off my loan back in April, but didn't realize I had lost my lien release card when I went to trade in my vehicle right before Thanksgiving! Luckily, Mindy was so accommodating and got new paperwork for me within a day to be able to trade in my vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you so much Mindy!!!”

With Firefly Credit Union, I now have no fees to store my money, or to access my money from a lot of ATMs, a low interest car loan, and really good customer service. “I have been with My Credit Union (formerly RBCU) for over 25 years. I have read some of the other reviews and I am flabbergasted with some of these. My experience experience has been nothing but stellar. I use the mobile app, in person, drive up and phone calls. Always have had a great experience with anyone I have interacted with and I keep an eye on my accounts for anything weird which you need to these days with identity theft! Ran across a couple of items this way and they took care of them for me! Awesome experience for me from day one! Love this place ❤️”
