Christian Brothers in Savage is the best automotive service and repair business we have found. On-line scheduling. Always a friendly greeting when we arrive. Immaculate and comfortable reception and waiting area. Efficient check-in process. Excellent communication throughout the process. The detailed report we receive is impressive. We are confident that we are getting an honest assessment. For example, “here is the measurement on your front brakes. They are still safe, but we will check again next time.” Our experience at the dealer was that they were always trying to upsell something—early replacement of tires, brakes, etc. The charges are much more reasonable, too. We trust Christian Brothers and their automotive technicians. I highly recommend them to you, as I have to all my family and friends.

I was very satisfied with my most recent experience with this business. I also really liked the detailed inspection they performed and report they put together when I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change.I originally left a 1 star review and despite the great experience I had most recently, I still think my original criticism is valid, which is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.Original review: This is one of those businesses where reservations and appointments are meaningless. If you make an appointment online they will wait until you get into the building to tell you they won't be honoring it, and ask you to leave your vehicle there until the following day.

I went to see them because my Hyundai was jumping/slipping when I was shifting. It cost me 400$ to be told that nothing was wrong. It just kept getting worse, so a couple months later I went to the dealership. They agreed that my transmission was failing and was going to drop very soon.

I recently had an expensive repair on one of my cars at Christian Brothers Automotive Savage. The next time I came in it was to change a headlight that was in a very awkward place, in accessible from under the hood. They put it up on the rack and accessed it from the wheel well. My car was finished quickly, but there was no charge!! They provided the headlamp and the labor, free of charge! Christian Brothers Automotive Savage will continue to have my business!

Came in for an odd random car issue. The staff was welcoming, supportable, friendly, even being at the beginning of an early morning on a snowy day. Service was quick thorough and beyond reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Well definitely return as a customer.

Great communication. They have a cool report that explains any issues they find with simple video guides, and photo/ video proof of the issue on your car. Made it very easy to understand what parts needed to get fixed and which could wait.Also generally nice!
