After two minutes of pumping 93 octane, we barely even got half a gallon. Would have taken us literally over 30 minutes to fill our 12 gallon tank if we didn’t leave after only getting 2 gallons. As you can see from my 15 second video, we barely even got 1/10th of a gallon in that short timeframe! This isn’t the first time we have experienced this here either. We do not have this issue at other BPs that serve 93.

Very very racist company from the owner ( Corey) to all employees especially the chubby white girl with pink hair that likes to use the N word. The place unfortunately should be shut down. Reading some of the reviews. Looks like the racism has been a problem for a while

The sign on the door says “closing at 8pm” well it was 7:45 and the door is locked and the lady is just sitting inside on her phone. 10/10 service here…

This gas station has a prime location for getting business and is consistently broken in many ways. Today I swing through multiple credit card readers are not working, a sign on the door says the restroom is out of service as well. This interior is small, cramped, with little selection. One employee working at all times so hopefully they aren’t doing something else when you need something from them. I really hope some entrepreneur places another gas station nearby and makes it a good experience to go to. Maybe put one over by buffalo tap? Would love to see this location renovated and improved.

I went to this location today with my friend and the so called manager Dawn was beyond rude not to mention that she proceeded to rush my friend out of the store because of her color but was beyond kind and patient the customer behind her that was not of color. When I went in to figure out the situation her proceeded to become irate and rude when I asked for the information on how to contact her supervisor she Full on refused to give me any information and stated that it was our fault that she was having a bad day and she’s too busy to deal with the situation at hand. As well as stated that if I wanted to file a complaint I would have figure it out on my own. Who does this? That is beyond bad customer service for one and then to say as we are walking out that people like us should not be allowed to enter place like that. Is outrageous. I pray this is not how bp trains their managers
